The staff here has always been friendly. They has messed up my order once or twice in the past 10 years but otherwise they have always done a good job. Pretty good track record of you are keeping score.

First off, ordered online as I typically do, after the family decided what they wanted the website was unable to add a big box deal order and we had to start over. Then, after three more attempts to remove additional charges realized the deal is for two medium ONE topping pizzas and one regular bread stick. Website needs more guidance when looking at deals or explaining the deal. Ended up ordering a supreme and a beef, meats were extremely sparse, and the request for both pizzas was “crust well done please” and neither one was.

Horrible experience. Ordered online, 4:45pm said 25 to 35 minutes. They called me to tell me at 5:20 the driver couldn’t find my address. Said he was in an area with no houses. Let them know the neighborhood has been around for 10+ years. 25 minutes later still no pizza. Tried calling the store took 10 minutes just to get thru. Spoke to manager, Horrible treatment not customer friendly,rude and short. Said she was having the driver leave again,to bring us the pizza, I didn’t want the pizza they made a hour and 15 minutes before. Ask for a refund.

I called today and asked for my pizza to be ready at 615p. It was. I also mentioned it was my son’s birthday. I always have a good experience at this location, but today they went above and beyond. We ordered 5 pizzas, 24 wings and 3 2-liters. On each box they wrote my son a special message wishing him a Happy Birthday. Great location! Thanks!

We order from this location quite often and typically have a good experience. Last night was less than stellar. The pizza was not nearly as good as usual. We ordered one pan and one hand tossed but received both pan. There was so much sauce that it was dripping off of the pizza as we ate it.

Employee was friendly and pizza was ready on time. Pizza hut has gone down drastically in quality. A 3 meat pizza now has the same amount of meat as a 1 meat while you still pay for 3, and the amount of cheese is very skimpy. We have given them multiple chances as they are convenient but I am tired of making due with an inferior product.
