Five employees working, 8:20am on a Friday.
We ordered a frozen coffee, ham and cheese croissant stuffer and a donut.
Order was completed in about four minutes, drink was great. The croissant was a little more toasty than I’d like, but only really in one spot and I didn’t notice until after we left. Did not affect overall taste.
Exterior and interior seemed clean. Men’s restroom was stocked.

It’s a Sunday morning tradition for us to go to Dunkin with our little kids and enjoy breakfast. At first the girl taking our order in drive thru was very nice. Then, as we continued to order she progressively showed how annoyed she was with our order. We pull up to the window and the young man didn’t even acknowledge my husband, just spat out the total. His second sentence to us was that we need to pull up. Ok, no problem. We understand. A few minutes go by and a woman brings out our food and the whole side of the bag is full of sauce(see picture). I’m not talking about a little missed splatter, I’m talking they saw it and knew better but were mad we had a big order. Our coffee was all oatmilk. We never expect grand service from any Dunkin we visit but this felt like the employees were mad and wanted to show us. Extremely disappointed with our visit, we won’t return to this location going forward.

Stopped by this Dunkin’ and had such a great experience! The staff were super friendly and welcoming — they greeted me with a smile and had my order ready in no time. Service was quick and efficient, and the atmosphere was clean and comfortable. It’s always nice to see a team that clearly enjoys what they do!

My husband and sister in law visited to get a dozen donuts. The counter girl (Saturday am ) was very rude. They were buying a dozen and my husband asked for a box so they weren’t all mixed and stuck together…seems logical to me. She responded with “what for” …. Really? My husband politely said “to put donuts in! I likely wouldn’t have been so polite. We will be finding another location when we have a donut craving!

I frequent this dunkin’ donuts every day. I go in specifically for their sweet tea, and every time I go in, it’s empty. I have spoke to the manager on two separate occasions to make sure they are keeping tabs on where the tea level is.But has been disregarded. Today I was willing to wait for the tea to be made as i’ve done before in the past.And I was told that they would not make tea. Im going to reach out to the president Scott Murphy CEO and make a huge complaint!

This Dunkin pretty much sucks .. people working there lack customer service skills bigtime , pretty much seem like they all hate their jobs there, never smile,like they are being bothered.. But Im really writing this because this location is soo dirty .. The bathroom was filthy ,floors , the sink to crap stains in the toliet. Also the store itself ,floors and tables dirty ,looks like they dont sweep daily or just do a horrible job..

Worst location ever ! The customer service skills are terrible. I wasn’t greeted at the window when I approached and had my drink shook in my face at the window because I didn’t grab it quick enough … these kids working are immature and need to find new jobs. ALSO since when can’t you add a sauce you offer on a different sandwich? They just don’t want to do their job or accommodate the customer. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Best experience yet! Had an issue with a drink through the drive thru, went inside and just asked for it to be remade. Employee went out of her way to make sure everything was right this time, and also told me i could do this survey. Caitlin was a huge help! Thanks!
