Literally the worst subway I’ve ever had to deal with. So sad it’s went this down hill with building the new location that I can’t order from our local store. The past 3 times I’ve ordered on the app my sandwhich has been wrong. Then when I call and tell them they say the made the sand-which right and I’m wrong. They then called back and told me they can’t refund because I ordered on the app. The only option was to put the sand-which in the fridge at take it back tomorrow to have a new one made. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but all three times back to back is just sad. They did apologize when they called back but at this point I won’t be going back.

I ordered a five meat salad and none of the meat was cut up for the salad I work in an office and it is hard to eat a salad that has full uncut meat on it.

I normally don’t do any reviews but has I was eating, an older gentleman came in for his online order. Not sure why the person behind the counter yelled multiple times that the sandwich was on the rack. The gentleman clearly was hard of hearing or possibly deaf. Instead of going the extra step to either walk over and grab the sandwich or walk around the counter and direct him to the stand, they yelled “hello?” “Ok…”. Has I was about to help, a police officer who was eating, directed him over. Just simple customer service was needed.

I arrived right at 9:00 AM — when the store is clearly listed as open — and the doors were still locked. I could see the employee behind the counter, clearly inside and getting ready, but he made no effort to open the door or acknowledge customers waiting outside.

I understand morning prep happens, but if you’re not actually ready to serve food at 9:00, don’t advertise that as your open time. People have jobs and schedules too. Not cool.

The good: our sandwiches were good as usual. However, the lady who waited on us (I think it was the manager or the person in charge) was not friendly and seemed to be in a snit. They weren’t accepting the Subway coupons. They didn’t have American cheese, really? The drink case was completely empty. The cookie case was completely empty. The atmosphere wasn’t comfortable as the two employees were discussing company issues. Just not a great experience.

Tried going through drive through to order no one answered so I pulled around to the window to have the cashier pointing telling me to come in, I have my newborn in the car which is why the drive thru was chosen. He refused to take 10 steps to the window to properly communicate and then throws his hands down with an attitude and walks away. Terrible service.
