Super friendly service, extensive menu. The machaca could’ve used more seasoning, but their pico de gallo is amazing! Refried beans were flavorful. Kiddo loved their rice.
Good lunch menu with reduced prices. Excited to go back and try their molcajete.

I thought everything was very good. The service was a little bit slow and it wasn’t that busy but other than that the food is delicious and it was served hot and I have no complaints.

El Trio Loco at the coast was such a great find! The food was honestly amazing—everything was super fresh, full of flavor, and just hit the spot. On top of that, the staff couldn’t have been nicer. They were so welcoming and made the whole meal feel really relaxed and enjoyable. Definitely one of those places you leave already planning to come back.

Thank you El Trio Loco Team, you guys are A+

The service was great, everyone was really nice and polite. We were seated very quickly and serviced was reasonably fast and easy, not much waiting.
The food was great, carne asada could’ve been a bit more flavorfull but was still yummy. The fried rice cream was amazing and they didn’t skip on portions. A lot of whip cream.
The atmosphere was wonderful and I personally liked the wall lizard.

All over, this was a very nice restaurant and good food.

El Trio Loco is a great spot for flavorful, satisfying food. The dishes are fresh, well-seasoned, and served in generous portions. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Definitely a place worth checking out if you’re in the mood for bold flavors and a fun dining experience.

We were in town visiting after having been away for quite a few years. The food was just as good as we remembered it when we lived locally.

High quality, fresh, flavorful ingredients, and INSANELY LARGE portions!! Fresh-made guacamole, and tasty chips (although we remember them being a bit thinner and oiled/salted, which we loved, but these were good, too.

Ground beef and chicken enchiladas were SO good, along with the standard fare Mexican rice and refried beans. And if I didn’t mention it, it was A LOT of food for reasonable prices.

Pro Tip: If you’re going to order extra sour cream (didn’t realize it was nearly $4/per), order less! We’re so used to most restaurants providing a tiny side cup that we way over-ordered – ended up with about a pint of sour cream. Didn’t realize how much it was because we’d never ordered to-go before.

Friendly, helpful staff, and great food… what more is there to love?!

I’d have to rate this our favorite Mexican-style restaurant in the region.

It has everything you’d expect, plus very friendly service and hot and fresh food.

We both ordered combos for lunch.

1 was Combo #1 two enchiladas and 1 beef taco. (I’d recommend the shredded beef over the chicken). Ordered with no dairy.

Other was Enchilada and Chille Relleno . The Relleno was the winner on that plate.

The refried beans were worth talking about… They had something special about them.

The salsa that accompanied the complimentary chips was just spicy enough.

The food is fast AND fresh. The pricing was good as well.

As an Oregonian who now lives in Texas, this is mediocre at best. The fajitas are ok but the reason for the low review is because of the online experience. They have an online ordering service but they had to call me to verify I wanted to make a to go order. Why? Because people order from the wrong restaurants. On top of that, the person who called didn’t understand what I was trying to order even though I made it through they site. Then once I verified my order, they started my order.

If you’re going to have an online ordering service, make sure you have your system flushed out and ready for use.

I went here one time (so far) for lunch. Ordered the chili verde (pork) enchiladas. The entire plate was delicious. The pork was super tender and flavorful, smothered in tasty but mild green sauce. The rice was quite good and well-seasoned. This is an unassuming strip-mall joint but when you go inside it is clean, brightly decorated, and the wait staff are very friendly. I only marked down the service by one star because they got busy and it took a while to get my check. We go to this area frequently and will go back for sure. Highly recommended.

What a treat on the coast! They have the best fajitas. They marinate the onions, peppers, and mushrooms in this wonderful bright marinade. It comes out sizzling with your choice of protein, we always get chicken or shrimp. The corn tortillas are soft and delicious. Service is warm and kind. Photo below is a shrimp tostada, which is also fantastic. We will be back!
