The Domino’s location at 1301 Palmetto Ave, Pacifica, CA 94044 provides generally good pizza’s. But the electronics equipment inside the store continues to have problems.
Previous visit on 2024-11-29, and continuously for more than a year previously had the customer status screen display broken.
For my current visit on 2025-01-02 the menu display was broken. Even the customer status screen was setup wrong. With the App display size only about 40% the size it should be. Since it was too small all of the advertising shown show on that display was cut off and/or unviewable.
The electronics problems continue to impact on the customer experience quality and leads me, and other customers, to suspect other things might be wrong with the location.
About which during my previous visit the pizza had to be remade. Thankfully I picked up my pizza in person.
For my current visit my pizza was Perfect and Delicious!
Otherwise the location appeared to be in good condition.
The staff is professional and nice.
Even with the continuing electronics issues and occasional failure I recommend the Pacifica California store location for your next Dominos Pizza order.

Literally the worst pizza I have ever had, wish there was a no star rating, not to mention how cheap they are with their toppings, 3 or 4 olives and lucky to get a mushroom on a slice

I’ve been ordering from this location since I was in elementary school and it hasn’t changed one bit! I remember when they had the 3 for $5 each deal. That’s when I would eat it once a week due to soccer team activities lol anyways, just here to say it never disappoints and they always get my order correct and to me in a timely manner (I always get delivery). Order from here, you will not be disappointed. The only reason I give 4 stars is that sometimes the order progress online doesn’t align with the actual status of the order.

Visited Pacifica to enjoy the ocean view. For lunch, my friend recommended trying local Domino’s Pizza. We ordered and after about 15 minutes had a wonderful meal. Crunchy thin pizzas with testy toppings.

Great coupons online and on the app. Not sure what the bad reviews are about – I order for lunch. I usually get a large one or two topping on the original crust and they’re pretty generous with the toppings. Also when I’ve ordered ahead, they’re always on time. Pretty classic Domino’s experience.

We’ve been waiting for our pizza for over an hour and a half. I called the store multiple times with no answer. I finally got to speak with someone and they said “oh yeah, it’s going to be 40-50 minutes”. Worst pizza experience I’ve ever had. Still waiting for it to show up.
Pizza finally showed up after 2.5 hours, cold and stiff. The WORST pizza experience I’ve ever had. I called to complain and got a call center. They transferred me to the store directly and no one would answer or they would pick up and hang up right away. Gustavo finally showed up like it was no big deal and I had already tipped through the app. I will never order from any Domino’s again. Awful service, terrible food quality, poor communication, and no one to talk to directly. Go anywhere else for pizza. This place sucks.
Oh, and the cold pizza isn’t ever cut all the way through so it rips in half when you try to grab a slice. Awesome. If I could give negative stars I would. 1 is far too generous.
