Me and my boyfriend decided to try out a new place , it was our first time at pizza express. Eva was absolutely amazing, took our order straight away and kept checking in to make sure we were happy with everything. Food was amazing too. Will definitely be back

This was my first visit to Pizza Express in a long time and I was slightly disappointed! It took us quite a while to get seated as there was only one member of staffing who had to also deal with other tables. However when we did get seated the customer service was amazing! The lady who was taking care of us was really kind and charismatic.
The calamari starter was very good and quite a large portion. The pizzas arrived and they looked great but we quickly learned that they were nearly flat out cold which was devastating as the pizzas themselves would have been a 10/10. It almost seemed like maybe they were just sat out somewhere waiting to be brought to the table? The tiramisu dessert was very nice and a big portion.
The prices are a little bit high for what the establishment is but I must say that the portions are large so for a 3 course meal the price is reasonable. Overall, the meal started well and finished well so it’s not a bad spot.

My wife and I went to this Pizza Express for the first time and used Tesco rewards vouchers for the first time. We were greeted by Yasmin, who was very nice and confirmed that using the vouchers for food would be no problem (they aren’t valid for drinks).
We shared a Duo Romana Pizza and chose half American Hot and half Calabrian Feast, with Pizzanaise and Blue Cheese dips. All were promptly served and excellent.
We had Honeycomb Slice and Biscoff Billionaire Sundae for dessert, which were also really nice.
It wasn’t very busy, so nice and quiet, so that we could talk. The food was excellent, as was the service from Jasmin.
It was even nicer using the the Tesco rewards vouchers and we’ll definitely do it again.

I would say I have mixed feelings about this place. I went two different days and the experience was completely different.
In the first day the staff was really nice, the order came fast and the cannelloni were amazing!
In the second one, the order took a lot of time and pizzas was a little bit disappointing.
Overall I would still say 4*

I’ve been to this restaurant a few times before, and while the pizza has always been great, the service never really stood out until now. I came here for the pizza, but I’ll be coming back because of Lucy! I had the pleasure of being served by this incredible waitress who made my day so special. She was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. She took care of everything with such grace, making sure I had everything I needed without ever feeling rushed.
The pizza itself was incredible, with fresh toppings and a perfect balance of flavors. But the service? Absolutely next level. It’s rare to find someone like Lucy who makes you feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer. Unlike past visits where the service was just okay, Lucy truly made the experience unforgettable.
