I did not come to dunkin donuts for long time so I had a taste for donuts but it looks that I was
Over charge for 6 donuts. I paid $11.50 for them. I looked for prices and it looks that I should pay $1.20 for one donut so it should be around $6.50. And not $11.50
Other thing is that they don’t baked them but they are delivered from other place. And they weren’t fresh but already old.

Both employees very rude. No hello, no what can I get you, no thank you, nothing. Unfortunately for them, talking about people in Spanish doesn’t work well when the people they’re talking about also speak Spanish. The coffee tasted like it was made with well water, and the sandwich was still cold on the inside. Unfortunately I was already 10-12 minutes away before trying either. Big L for this location.

Paid $5.21 for a large coffee with a shot of espresso, when I got the coffee it DID NOT have espresso in it. I complained and woman behind the counter did not seem to care to make it right until I simply asked for my money back. When I asked for my money back, then they decided to make it correct.

Been eating there since 2020, food is great and service was good. However recently they did a remodel and now it seems every time I order a drink it’s either made wrong or been forgotten. Unless there’s change, I won’t be able to come back here.

Your Team Member Temo is excellent! He had awesome customer service, was knowledgeable about the drinks and helped me pick one out. I think he deserves a raise to be honest. 5 stars. Oh and my choice tasted great. I’ll frequent this location now just because of his service.

Most of the staff is friendly and the food is usually good. However, there is a male cashier with dyed blond-ish hair who is very rude and has a terrible attitude. He doesn’t greet you; he just stares at you. Honestly, he ruins the entire atmosphere.

I ordered delivery from this location. Now i know full well it was not the grub hub driver that messed up my order, but the store. I provided a picture to show they did not get the order correct. yes 4/6 were correct. the 2 that should have just been chocolate frosted had sprinkles, try explaining that to a little one waiting for something else that was ordered.
