First time here and will not be back!
Hair in the food, very cold- like the plate the food was served on felt like it came out of the freezer. The beer was skunky and tasted like vinegar. The grinder I got was served on a hot dog bun and looked and also felt like it was ran thru one too many times. Fries were extremely cold.
Would give 0 Stars if possible!

This was the first time, since I grew up in LaGrange, which was about 20 years, that I’ve been there.
Same place, same PHENOMENAL food.
Get the all-you-can-eat,you get baked potato,all you can eat fish and salad bar and drink for two people is under $45!
The waitress was great as well. Go… you have to now.

There fish is superior to any other fish. When I lived in Miami, once a yr. I would fly from Miami to Fort Wayne Indiana, rent a car and drive to Stroah Ind. to eat this fish. Now, I’m in Illinois and when I want there fish I either drive up or fly into Chicago, rent a car and drive. It may sound crazy but it’s that good. All you can eat, then spend the night feeling blessed & full.

The salad bar was nasty and didn’t have much of anything in it. Salad dressing french wouldn’t pour out it was so thick ..found a people hair in the broccoli salad..fish was served and fries came after the meal was done..the cook and the waiters seem to be fighting with each other..I will
never ever go back…

The food was decent… not as good as the Fish of Stroh from Fort Wayne’s restaurant back in my childhood. Service was not great but she was the only waitress there. The place is run down.

Very good Fish. Was very expensive. All you can eat came with a big basket of it, jug of tartar sauce. Tarter sauce needs to be sweeter. Soda Pop was better priced than area restaurants. $2.50. Broasted taters were small. Coleslaw was fantastic! This is a treasure trove for good fish.

Fish was fried too long, fries were cold. Waitress was great. The Tavern up the road has better food for the same price.

The fish is excellent always. The service is can be a bit slow. Our waitress didn’t bring us the correct salad or bring our bills as I had to chase her down. Don’t let that discourage you from trying the food!
