I hate leaving reviews like this, but Caribou, you earned it in product and service. I chose your Pinecone Road location for a meeting because the $10 combo picturing a cold brew and Denver Breakfast Bowl drew me in. Rylan, your assistant manager took my order. I think it might’ve been his first day on the job. I told him I wanted to order a $10 combo of coffee and a Denver Bowl. He told me I couldn’t have the $10 combo because it was just for Perks members. I told him that’s not what the website says. He asked another team member. She said it is no longer just for Perks members, it’s for anyone. He started to ring up my order. He couldn’t get it to come out to $10. He told me he thinks I need to have a Perks membership. I gave him my daughter’s Perks number. He entered it and the price still didn’t change. Meantime, a line begins to form behind me. He says he can’t fix it and do I want it, or not? Out of courtesy to the customers who were waiting, and because there seemed to be no other option, I paid the extra cost, half defeating the point of coming to Caribou to begin with. My coffee wasn’t called out. My Denver Bowl was handed to me in a paper bag. A waste of resources since I was meeting someone and dining in. When I opened the container I was completely shocked at what was served. The Denver Bowl doesn’t come close to resembling what is pictured. One half of the bowl was missing and it was only filled half way (see photo) I gave the benefit of the doubt, brought the bowl to Rylan to show him the contents of the bowl I had been served. I asked if this is what it is supposed to look like. He said “yes,” not offering to replace the bowl with a substitution. Not apologizing for the lack of quality. The bowl tasted good. But, it was in no way appealing to eat. The quality and quantity of the bowl does not justify $6.09 plus tax. Overall very dissatisfied with my experience at this Caribou and have no plans to visit it in the future. Everything was great except that the store was understaffed with only two staff members while driveup line was and the inside line was short but the wait was well over 10 min. The staff, though, did a heck of a job despite being understaffed. Add one more staff if possible at least for the morning wake-up run.

Quit going to caribou in Sartell due to the order never being accurate or just plane not good.. Iced drinks most times are barely cold and tastes like more milk than anything and 8 out of 10 times the order is wrong. Being a matcha lover I thought I would give it a go once angain. This is a Lavender MATCHA iced drink. Last I remember is matcha is green. Do Better Caribou! Thanks for another overpaid incorrect not good drink. Going back to making my own.

I can’t fathom why this location has so many stars. I can see this Caribou from my house and it’s extremely convenient for me to stop on my way to work. I have given it SO many chances. I’m done. 4/5 times the drinks taste horrible. Throwing away my lavender espresso shaker from this morning.
Besides the inconsistent drinks, I’ve gotten sandwiches that are completely cold. Not to mention they are SO SLOW. If I see more than two cars in the drive through- I’m not stopping. I’ve waited 10+ minutes with only two cars ahead of me. I stopped ordering ahead because if there’s a few people in line I’ll be late for work waiting for my drink. I’m not going here anymore. It’s not just me either- my husband, grandma, and mother-in-law hate this location too.
I like supporting a MN-born business, but I’d be better off buying a Nespresso machine at this point for all the money I waste here. This isn’t a one time issue- I have given this location a chance for months.

don’t go here for food. they’re either coincidentally always sold out of everything and aren’t competent enough to buy more stock when they evidently never have enough. or it’s simply they’re just too lazy to make it for you on top of your coffee. i imagine them telling you they’re sold out is the equivalent of McDonalds workers telling you their ice cream machine is broken, just cuz they don’t have the motivation to do their job. these people that work at these places simply do not care and it’s apparent. also the prices are ridiculous for coffee and milk.

I keep trying them because of their location makes it so easy. The last two times they had to remake my drink. The last time I didn’t even grab it before the manager caught it, which was nice that I didn’t have to ask again. Hopefully training improves. They always seem confused.

I stopped by the Caribou on Pine Cone road within Coborn’s, because I wanted a healthier fast food option. I ordered the chicken sausage, egg,&cheese sandwich. It was hot and yummy!
