Y’all better gone and smack your mama before you get here because if she’s with you, You might embarrass her. The best Soul Food i ever had. That catfish is banging, The wings on point. Everything is sooo delicious. I’ve had soul food before from over the world but honeyyyy this is Soul Great Food. We’ll be back and don’t forget their location is inside the Valley Hills Mall in Hickory NC

The food is delicious. You won’t find nicer people! The food and the service was great! The catfish is fried perfectly. The vegetables are flavorful. Great variety. Plan to go back and try something new. The portions are the right size. Really it’s more than I can eat. I will definitely be back!

Listen , I walked towards them and the man behind cooking yelled “come on over you know what you want” These people were all friendly. All of them . Food was made quick. It was hot. The communication in their team is spot on they all click with one another I loved seeing it . Now let’s move on first thing I tried was my sweet tea . Soon I skipped my sweet tea I already knew the food was going to be good . You can always tell food is going to be good by how the sweet tea is made . Food is was amazing . Amazing ain’t the word but we’ll go with that . I got the chicken tenders just to share with my toddler along with some Mac N cheese and green which was popular today so why not right ?! Them greens man . WHEWWW! Perfect little kick. The tenders had some hidden kick as well . Overall It was really good . This my first time trying it . I’m never in hickory often or the mall but if I ever return to hickory I’m going straight to the mall for this food and trying everything else!! Heard the meatloaf is a hit too?

Everything was delicious!! Customer service was really respectful and friendly so that’s always a plus made the food even better. Reminds me of my upbringing. 4 stars for atmosphere since it’s in the mall. Yes, it’s convenient, but not a big fan of having to walk inside the mall for it. Luckily, the mall doesn’t get too busy on weekdays! I recommend the fried chicken and meatloaf platter so far.

100/10⭐️ y’all gotta go try Quisys Soul Food in the mall it was all on point. I did the double meat platter doing two different types of chicken(don’t judge me), Mac n cheese, and greens. We also got flounder cause they were out of catfish sadly, mashed potatoes and potato salad. Nothing disappointed. I do wish they had cornbread today but they use Hawaiian rolls so it’s not a complete loss. We will be going here a lot. Being they are the closest “to home” soul food in Hickory they are a special find. Their food could give a rock a soul. I need them to offer a bucket of greens because my gawd. And that magic seasoning on the meat and poultry, please sell it to the public. The most basic Hannah could use that seasoning and make changes lives one meal at a time. No offense to anyone named Hannah, I’m sorry. The food made me do it. Thank you Quisys for existing, this was the best meal I’ve had in a long time.
