This review is for the girl who was working the food station/register @2pm on 2/19/26.. I never left a review on this store because it would have been a low star experience..The employees working at the time did not deserve that because it was short staffed. Today this girl who made the quesadillas actually put cheese and chicken in them that wasn’t lite and weak it was a perfect amount. I have gone here for years and it’s mid at best, I could only wish that they pay her more and make sure they take care of customers like she did. I will be back to give her a nice tip and wether she isn’t there or the people don’t make it as good (which they never have) that girl should be the manager and keep customers coming back!!! I certainly hope whoever owns this place understands how hard their job is and how much a good employee is worth!!

Stay away from this store! Placed a to go order via the app today 45 minutes before my arrival. When I showed you could tell the employees were backed up. When I went to the counter the female employee explained they were backed up but that they were working on my order now. I proceeded to stand by the take out pick up point. I watched the associate working smoothies proceed to do anything but that for the next 25 minutes. He had his cell phone on speaker and was arguing and cursing at a female on speaker. After 25 minutes the second employee came over and asked him if he had filled my order you could tell she was surprised. I spoke up and answered that he had not and I wanted to know if someone was going to make my order or if needed to go somewhere else. The employee then raised his voice and began arguing with me saying I shouldn’t have an attitude etc. the reality is the employee was more interested in picking a fight and yelling at someone on his cell phone than making any order. I would caution you against ordering anything here with confidence. Go to the store at Grand River and Wixom road it’s an extra three miles but the team there is more competent and actual practice customer service.

Love this location! Very clean and friendly atmosphere, always in and out never a long wait. Mask are required, once I left mine and a male employee supplied one for me. I normally order the veggie smoothies they are sooooo delicious especially the island green smoothies! I’ve also tried the wraps very good and ingredients taste fresh. I do believe they are open for carry out and delivery. You can also order on the app and my order is always ready by the time I get there. They give numerous coupons through the mail and app that’s always awesome! Prices are reasonable the smoothies start at about $5 per 24oz smoothie. I love how everything they sell is healthy and delicious! During this time places like this are important.

Great experience. Went in at about 7:20pm and the girl working the counter was excellent in customer service, really friendly and made you feel welcome. Whoever is training the staff/hiring is doing great. Food and smoothie was on point too!!

I tried here for lunch one day and enjoyed the experience. I tried a spicy vegetarian wrap based on employee suggestion and it was really good. The staff was friendly and store was clean. Prices were around what you pay at other sandwich type stores. I will come back here again.

Staff are very friendly and personable! No complaints whatsoever! Doesn’t seem like a very busy location. Food and other products are fresh and made to order. I recommend the wraps. Value for what you pay for. Definately recommend signing up for the rewards programs as it has great perks! I would certainly return to this location.

Love the smoothies and food mostly but when you get a salad and they send this to you… on top of not having the pickled onions. But for 8 dollars hard to believe employees can get away with this type of food service. Without better training and direction to serve the customer. Not just half A××sd. Hope this type of customer care doesnt continue if I give this location another try
