Went with my grandson and we both got our first gelatos. He gave 5 stars and I have to agree with him. I got the raspberry mixed with coconut and yummy. It was delicious. Definitely my must go for desserts.

I stopped in for a treat after a very long day! The Gelato (Coffee Chocolate Chip) was amazing! The staff were pleasant, friendly and engaging. The space is relaxing and enjoyable! I highly recommend!!!

i went here today to grab some gelato for later and first impressions were not it that place needs to be cleaned once i got up to the counter the staff was rude didnt have a smile never welcomed me into the store it was not a good experience and for the price they charge it should be good gelato atleast it was bland and tasted like nothing i do not recommend

Finally, a dedicated frozen dessert shop in Franklin! The decor of this place is amazing. They even have antique radio playing music! They have cute little seats outdoors that make for a nice date. Unfortunately, in terms of dessert selection, they only have 8 flavors each day, that’s it! They have little wafers in the gelato but don’t offer cones. I have been here twice with some friends. The Mango, Birthday Cake, and Stracciatella were all good, but the pistachio tasted nothing like the pistachio I’m used to. Texture was very creamy, which is good. The staff person working there told me their small gelato is 5oz. I’m not sure about a large. If I’m exploring downtown with a friend I might stop by again, but if I want a better selection of frozen dairy I’d rather travel.

So the one cup of gelato which was Salted Caramel was delicious. Yet the person with me had the pistachio, and maybe it is made with whole pistachios shell and all, but they should advertise that its not going to taste like normal pistachio because what I was met with was very aquired and I honestly ended up throwing it out. She tried it, I tried it. Not a fan. They only had 6 out of the flavors listed online, which had me disappointed as I saw Cookie Butter listed online yet there wasnt any. Also, the girls behind the counter could not stop gossiping and taking many samples and then ducking behind the counter when I turned around. Im not sure it was worth the $15.

Wound up paying seven bucks for the most pathetic scoop of gelato I’ve ever seen, and then they added espresso on top. Don’t get me wrong it tasted great, but not 7 dollars great.
