I eat here everytime I come through, and always before it’s great service and very good food. Today not so much. Annabelle was apathetic and even rude, not only to but l myself but to others in line. I can overlook that, everyone has a bad day from time to time. But I want my money’s worth. This is definitely isn’t happening if she is making the sandwichs. Not even enough meat to cover the bread.I paid for a sandwich, not half of one. I can’t believe this was offered as ok. Check your food before you get to the truck, wish I had some that Will avoid this place in the future if the is the way things will be here.

Very slow service long wait about 10 minutes if not longerbefore my order was taken not enough help only two people’s working no one had on hairnets. My food didn’t taste good like it have taste at all Charlie’s. I didn’t taste any cheese at all on my sandwich and the green pepper was raw. I thought it would have been sautéed and then I found hair in my food Which was blonde and I am not blonde. I will not be going back.

Ordered using door dash while waiting to fuel.
Went inside and let the older gentleman know I had ordered online. He abruptly told me “we don’t have online” confused I doubted myself checked Apple Pay. The charge went thru.
Spoke to the guy on the grill.
Sure enough, there’s my order.
The kid on the grill lmk it was his first day.
The older gentleman was rough and gruff.
I know it’s a truck stop. But, buy a clue.
The sandwich was very greasy/ buttery ( fake)
Fries had zero seasoning. Never again.
I was hungry. But, not that hungry.
No need to be rude to customers when they ask a simple question. Customer service has gone down hill lately.
Btw I ordered using DoorDash , yes “online” via the internet.

16$ not worth it. Its like 8$ taste and size for a large. I had pot roast at black bear yesterday and it was 13$ and much much better then their sandwich. I saw a line of like 5 ppl so I thought let me try. Turns out they didn’t check out the restaurant prices first, much cheaper and better.

The BEST sandwiches ever! Can’t go past this place without grabbing a Cheese Steak and fries. Don’t forget those fries. They are very tasty as well. They have other stuff on the menu, but just can’t stop ordering that CheeseSteak sandwich and fries, each and every time.

Unbelievably lazy service and a complete lack of basic hygiene. Employees should be wearing hairnets while cooking and gloves when handling food,these are fundamentals. As for the service, I’m honestly at a loss for words.

This place..(Charleys and T.A)..is not very friendly to black people..I guess I shouldn’t be surprised do to their location…I watched and observed how the cashiers at Charley and the t.a clerks greeted their own kind and how they didn’t greet black people…it was very noticeable…you get the feeling of ..you know they don’t want to help or serve you..but they know they have to…very uncomfortable…next time I have to pass through here I think I will just bring a bag lunch…

The sandwich I ordered was supposed to have ranch on it but instead they threw a bunch of mayo when I asked for ranch the girl acted like I had asked for the cash register. Add bacon sign says $1.60 but rang up 1.99 when pointed it out they said we will fix it later but still charged me the extra.
