An excellent sandwich shop with very nice staff. We had a delicious lunch there yesterday. All three sandwiches were made promptly to order with generous portions. A very nice lady there even gave us some cookies to try. And they were amazing!

The staff was very nice. They even let me try the chicken salad in tuna salad to see which one I wanted. The tuna sandwich was so good. I also got the chicken club, because that’s my usual, and was lacking a little bit, but was still pretty good. The place was pretty clean. Only downside was there was no sweet tea for some reason. My BLTA was so good I had to call the store to give Avery my gratitudes. My partner ordered my sandwich to go and while we were on the phone, Avery was very attentive to my desires and offered suggestions to enhance my sandwich (onions and mayo). Then when I got my delivery, there was jalapeños on the side which were the perfect touch to add the extra umf to my sandwich. All my experiences at Potbelly have been great, but this is my favorite sandwich yet and that’s all thanks to Avery! Thank you for the TLC ❤️

I’ve always liked Potbelly Sandwiches and had great experiences with their food and the managers in downtown Rockville (Ana) and the Rio. During my last visit, they were quick with their service and the food was perfect.

This is the second time my order got screwed up. The first time I asked for a salad with no blue cheese. And I got blue cheese on it. You know how hard it is to pick off blue cheese.
Now I just ordered a turkey and swiss with bacon, lettuce and pickles. I got a plain turkey with lettuce and mayonnaise. I don’t know whether they they can’t hear when you give them the order but it’s two for two. My orders have gotten screwed up. Potbelly needs to change their system.
It’s unfortunate because I do like their sandwiches but I can’t get the sandwich I want!
I filled out the survey on the receipt and asked for a refund on my salad and got no answer. I’m going to fill it out again and ask for a refund.
The picture shows half an original sandwich. The whole original sandwich is $9. There’s very little meat on this sandwich. I’ll just go to Wawa next time.

Placed a catering order and figured it would be delivered by Doordash. Unfortunately Doordash ia terrible at delivering catering. It charged me $20 for delivery and then the driver forgot to pickup the order and only brought the condiment!
The store manager drove to my home to deliver the order! I am very impressed by their dedication, still very upset that doordash can not offer a reliable service and offer no support whatsoever for catering order they manage for stores.

The air conditioning is broken as of 09/14/25. The cashier lady is behind the counter sweating perfusely, having to serve customers in inhumane hot conditions. The management has not responded and the problem is not being resolved. The restrooms are also scorching hot. As a result the restaurant is empty and seeing no business. Potbelly needs to wake up and take action.

Service was slow and the people were rude, I couldn’t understand what they were saying and they didn’t feel like repeating themselves. When I finally got my sandwich and got home they didn’t even put what I asked for on the sandwich.
