This Little Caesars is a joke! They do not care, they are actually so inconsiderate it’s dumbfounding. I was just trying to order some pizzas for my family, and one of them was RAW. I asked for everything to be UNCUT and WELL DONE. The employees are absolutely ill mannered and are just a bunch of irresponsible teenagers who use the job as a hang out spot. The managers are just as childish and unprofessional. It’s an actual WASTE of time and money going to this Little Caesars. I’m surprised the health department hasn’t shut this one down, because this isn’t the first raw pizza someone has gotten from this specific little caesars. Save your money and use it at Papa Johns or Dominos instead of this GARBAGE establishment. The pizza is atrocious. The customer service is beyond atrocious. I called to let them know and they hung up on me and when I called again they left me on hold! Close this place down it’s taking up space that could be used by an actual good restaurant or change out the employees. I know I’m done with this little caesars until they do that. It’s not that hard to read order instructions and cook a pizza.

Had 3 pizzas for delivery, only one delivered. Driver wouldn’t answer my calls, store couldn’t send out another driver, Uber eats can only offer a refund.
I spent an hour talking to 3 different people who all told me none of them could send my 2 other pizzas out. You have no recourse if your food isn’t delivered.

What ever is wrong with this particular location, it needs to be fixed. I ordered, a 3 meat, Hawaiian and Sausage EMB, crazy bread w/ marinara sauce and cheese bread. The pizzas we received are some of the most unappetizing I’ve ever seen. The order was placed quarter after 7 and was suppose to be ready at quarter before 8. I get there and as soon as I park I get a call telling me they’re out of sausage. It’s 7:46, they’re telling me it will be 8 minutes, cool. Mind you I’m only told about the sausage pizza not the 3 meat so I’m assuming they finished the 3 meat and ran out for the sausage pizza, nope they only gave me pepperoni and bacon pizza (at the same cost btw).I didn’t get any update on the order until 8:18 that it’s finally ready. I go inside and I’m told I need to wait for the crazy bread. At this point I completely forgot I ordered marinara sauce. Once I get home I’m greeted by these awful looking pizzas and I wish I could have gone back and return them and just ask for a full refund but they close at 9 and I didn’t get home until 8:55. At this point I’m left with no choice but to write a review because this was completely unacceptable. Even with an extra 40 minutes they couldn’t get anything right.

With all the recent negative reviews we were somewhat apprehensive ordering from LC. In the end, however, we were pleasantly surprised as both our Detroit-style pizzas arrived hot and they were as tasty as can be expected from big chains like LC, and generously topped. The delivery driver was friendly and polite. Unless we got lucky with our order, it seems some of their previous issues have now been addressed.

In the past two weeks, I placed two separate orders from this Little Caesars location and paid extra for Buffalo Ranch both times. The app clearly shows it as “included in the box,” yet neither order contained the sauce.
Missing an item once could be an accident — but two times in a row is nothing but carelessness and a complete lack of attention. Taking money for an item and failing to include it twice is unacceptable and shows zero quality control.
If a restaurant can’t manage something this simple, how can customers trust anything else they do? This is not a mistake anymore — it’s consistent negligence.
Think twice before ordering from this location. I know I won’t be ordering again.

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza and received a stale dried out cheese pizza made at least 24 hours prior. It was stale and completely inedible. If you do order from this place check your pizza before you leave!

Since we were so hungry we ate only ate 3 pieces. The pizza was too hard or stale. Burnt in the middle. I don’t know how they are still serving food. The breadsticks were okay.
