Taco Bell is my absolute favorite thing in the world. This is the first Taco Bell I’ve been to in like 3 months that I’m 90% sure would pass an episode of undercover boss. Fella working the window was kind and my order was completely correct and included the fork for the veggie power bowl!!! Kitchen looked clean through the window.

Went to this location heard this was the best Taco Bell in Overland Park. Me and my coworkers visited for lunch. The customer service was great we got our lunch to go. When we arrived back at work to eat our lunch we were disappointed. I ordered 2 bean burritos with beef, Mexican pizza the food didn’t have no beef on them saw the beans but no beef. I called & spoke to the manager he said that it was beef on there because he made it himself now we really have a problem because now he saying I am lying. I refuse to go back & forth with someone when I am looking at the food & don’t see no beef I should be able to see the beef if he put it on there. I won’t recommend this Taco Bell.

Not sure why this has never changed but this is the worst Taco Bell around. But the KFC part of it is even worse. I really wish they would get new management or owners. Its been like this for years. Definitely the worst Taco Bell and I only go if I don’t want to drive an extra 15 minutes. Last time I got KFC part the chicken was so old and burnt that drumsticks were the size of my thumb and was like chicken jerky.

We drove thru at around 11:30. We had 5 different orders, 2 with dietary restrictions and they nailed it. I wish I had gotten the name of the lady who took our order because she blew away my expectations. A lot of times it hard to make custom orders in a drive thru but not at this place! The food was fresh, made to order, fast and the order was taken without a single hitch. I’ll be coming back next time I’m in the area!

Use to be my favorite Taco Bell but sadly, not anymore
. I understand cost are going up, and we the consumer might have to pay more.. Not the case here.. its pay more get less.. My taco had quarter inch of meat inch 1/2 lettuce, little cheese and about 4 or 5 chunks of tomatoes. The burrito: small amount of beans, smaller amount of meat, hardly any lettuce, no tomatoes and lots of sour cream. Overall all more tortillas then anything else.. I can take that 11.somthing and made either tacos or burritos a plenty.. I realize I’m one customer complaining.. The question is how many more feel the same way.. Restaurant – 034396 9/15/25 8:08 PM. ALSO I asked for two sauce packets and got one..

Slow service. I ordered a 3 items on the app and the drive thru and in-store customers are being prioritized. It took 30 minutes for my order competed. To top the review off, my Crunch wrap was made incorrectly. I asked for potatoes and got beef. I don’t eat beef..
