If you would like pizza that looks like this, you should order from here. Ordered pizza for a family gathering and was embarrassed to show my family members the food. As you can see from the pictures, it appears like two pizzas were stuck together for each of the pies. There is no way the sizes can be that different and the slices are not even attached to each other. The manager Fatima was not willing to apologize and even remembered that our order was made this way and still gave us the order even though she knew this wasn’t right. She stated that this happened because of the breading but even she knew that her explanation didn’t make sense. She was “graciously” willing to give a $15 credit for Pizza Hut, which I did not want because I wouldn’t want to order pizza from them again. I would like a full refund. I am filing a complaint with Pizza Hut’s corporate office but I would like to bring this incident to light. The food and service at this location is TERRIBLE.

Like the only pizza hut near me, but they make good stuff. My order used to get messed up, or they would run outta certain items early in the night. But I feel like it’s gotten really good and much more consistent over the past couple months. Maybe a manager change, or a couple good people started working there Idk. Well for starters the pizza should have been cooked more. It was doughy which caused it to taste bad. The pizza came to me hot so i know it had nothing to do with the delivery person. The pizza was ordered online on the app at 4:45pm. Eta was 5:11pm. The pizza was delivered at 5:45pm, an hour after i ordered. Very unsatisfied with this restaurant. There was no contact to me saying the delivery was running late.
