Unfortunately, the quality of the staff has declined significantly. They no longer seem eager to assist, my orders are frequently incorrect, and they lack knowledge about the menu. In addition, their attitude has become quite rude. It’s disappointing because it hasn’t always been this way. Sadly, I plan to take my business elsewhere.

I prefer Jacked Up Coffee in Hazelgreen (yum & local!) or the Dunkin in Meridianville. Prices are better, food and drink quality and selection much better and most importantly the service is 10000x’s better. Genuinely nice people and good products at those places.

They shut the lobby whenever they please and only allow drive thru orders because they’re “short staffed”. There are 5 workers in there as of typing. At 6:30pm on a Wednesday night?? I’d hate to see their reaction to a busy Monday morning. I’ll go to Dunkin from now on.

The drinks are the same as all starbucks but the wait time is a lot longer . I was inside and while there were 4 different people behind the counter it took the person at the drive through counter to get done with their customer to come and take my order. I would encourage them to have staff at least say we will be with you in a minute.I get they are busy but communication goes a long way. Also this location does not have the coffee house atmosphere any longer. The music is WAY too loud and it is freezing. It feels like this is intentional to keep guests from staying longer. Now that there are other starbucks opening close by this location this one will no longer be the main starbucks for hazel green and meridianville.

The manager at this location is extremely rude and argumentative. I have never been spoken to like that before on more than one occasion and then messes with people‘s drinks to get back at them. my family owns a few franchises in Atlanta customer service lacking majorly in this location. I live in fayetteville tennessee hazel green starbucks is the closest starbucks to me. Every time I come here the the employees are not friendly. I had a bogo coupon on my starbucks app for leap year that would not work. The lady ended up giving me the Bogo, She said it was for one time use, but that’s not what the Bogo said. It said good through 3-3-2024. It did not say one time use only. But that’s not my point, the people were not friendly. Also, their drinks are never good. This drink that I got all you taste is milk. You cannot taste expresso, you cannot taste the vanilla. It just barely has any type of taste except for a milk taste, and it was made with oatmilk. I got the very same drink at the Huntsville memorial drive beside Costco couple days ago and it was very good. Except it had too much ice. The hazel green store needs to work on being friendly and courteous , and making their drinks taste good.
