You cannot go wrong with these tacos. The quesadilla was thicc and juicy, the churros were stunning, but the tacos are something else. 20/10. Service was fast and super friendly. They have their own hot sauce that is absolutely incredible. They were nice enough to give me their last bottle on the house!

Bangarang tacos catered our wedding on September 20th, 2025. We met John at a festival in Grayling, we knew wanted a food truck for our wedding and when we tried the tacos we knew this was the one we wanted. John was extremely friendly and easy to work with, the food was amazing and we got so many compliments on it! My first time there, she really spoiled me. Guys at AutoZone recommended them, and when I pulled up so did the cook fresh from their break! They were incredibly pleasant and didn’t mind doing a “half and half” style so I could try the brisket and the chicken quesadilla! Also snagged some of the orange lightning salsa, my only feedback is to have a “sneaky secret extra spicy” salsa lol, I love heat. Brisket was actually amazing after being refrigerated and the chicken was mouthwatering from the initial dip into the salsa first bite. Really hope to see you near our side of town, but glad to know there’s a great spot in Gaylord for Spanish food!

I honestly eat here 2-3 times a week while they are open. The staff is super friendly and some of the nicest people in town. The food is amazing and from my knowledge all made from scratch. The menu seems to confuse some but picking a filling and how it’s served makes sense once explained. There’s no ground beef but instead delicious bacon, brisket, chicken or veggies which are all far better.
For the price, speed, taste and hospitality of the staff this is one of the best places to eat in town for a quick meal.

Absolutely awesome. The chicken Mole tacos on the corn tortillas were amazing. The orange lightning salsa is perfect. As a chef I can honestly say this place is legit. I will be back often. Great to have here in Gaylord.

It’s a solid place for sure. The barbacoa wasn’t too hype for me but the chicken and marinated steak is hella delicious.
It’s a tad bit pricy for the meal compared to other spots but the flavor makes up for that. I would give it an 8.3/10 especially considering how friendly the guy was when I got my meal
