If you want something fast at Harrah’s, you can go to the food court to get Smash burger, Earl of Sandwich or Best of Cluck.
We got Best of Cluck, Nashville style chicken. Out of all the Nashville style chicken in San Diego, this is our favorite.
We got combo #2, 6 pieces of tenders with a side and two sauce. It had the perfect flavor of seasoning that was just enough hint of spicy and not overly on the cayenne pepper. The breading was perfect, had a little bit of sweetness.
The chicken was juicy. We got the Mac and cheese as the side. I’m not a fan of the white cheddar.
The loaded waffle fries was a meal in itself. Same chicken tenders broken into pieces, nacho cheese, jalapeños, the waffle fries had a crisp to it.
The secret sauce tasted so good on everything.
There’s a dining room that all 3 places share. Plenty of seating.

If you’re looking for something to eat at Harrah’s, this is deathly something to consider. It is what it is a chicken spot.
I ordered the spicy chicken. I actually came here twice. The first time the chicken was very spicy, but the second time it was palatable. I don’t know why people complain, but the service here was really good. The staff here is very attentive and great at suggesting options for you , if you’re asking about ambience, it is a food court in the casino. There are seats in the corner where you can bring all your food.

Should have at least one other person working front to help get orders out there no reason customers should wait over 15 min while their food is getting cold. Chicken was nothing spectacular similar to a deli chicken at a grocery store . The Mac & cheese I ordered was excellent. First time ordering from here ..would I do it again? Nah not worth the wait or the price. Harrahs needs to step up its food game cuz this place is not the one.

Got the Nashville tenders and Mac & cheese. Either the grease was dirty or too hot because the chicken had some really dark spots and was dry. The flavor and heat level were decent but the texture was mealy. My wife liked it more than I did. The m & c tasted ok but it was super thick. Lui’s is amazing and deserves a promotion and a raise.

Got some late night chicken here. Not so good. The batter they used was soggy, and the chicken appeared to be thigh meat, not the breast you would expect for the price. The waffle fries were good. Service was good, but a bit slow. I will give this a pass next time I go to the resort.

This place is a total chicken tender fail. I tried the #1 combo, and the tenders were a soggy, flavorless mess. No crunch, no seasoning – just plain chicken. The waffle fries were okay, but not enough to save the day. Unless their Nashville hot is a miracle worker, I’m officially skipping this spot.

There is 1 common area in a smokers environment to dine. This isn’t a sit down joint. The prices to me are way over priced for what you are getting here. I had great expectations hoping this would be a good place to eat, evidently it’s another harrahs failure.

The CHICKEN and the FLAVORS are very UNIQUE and GREAT FOOD SIZES.

Just a bad experience all around. The lady taking the order didn’t seem to know much about the menu even when I asked the size of a side. Had to enter my order a couple of times. After a decent wait I saw them preparing my order with bacon. I asked if that was number 17. I told her bacon was supposed to be on the side. She rolled her eyes and placed the food down. She seemed to not believe me and asked the lady at the front, who confirmed my order. After my eye rolling I said it’s fine. I didn’t want to wait any longer as my kids were at the pool waiting. She brought over my food. No apologies or thank you. I said I believe that is also my side still on the counter. Again with the annoyed face. Got my food when I opened it more of the items I ordered to be left off (and confirmed already after the bacon incident) were on the fries. My kids ended up not being able to eat it do to the jalapeños.

Horrible, horrible, horrible!! Greasy, salty, i mean extremely salty, no flavor. Tzatziki slaw is no flavor at all!! Dry and no flavor.. Cashier is slow to take an order, and still takes wrongly.
