The “General Manager” (Sarah ?) … Take your AirPods OUT AT WORK!!! I am 34 and love technology, but this will be my last time ordering at this location after the experience I recently had. Coupon doesn’t work in the app, manager says she cant help that, puts airpods back in and looks at me like I am the crazy one! After all is said and done, I get home with half my order missing!!!

Horrible service and customer service too, my husband order a pizza online at 11:00 pm and when we got there the guy tell us the oven was getting cleaned out and they were ready to closed, I checked their website and their closing time was at 12:00 pm. We came to the Braselton location and they still made our pizza with a way better attitude.

Stopped in to order a pizza and man yells at me that it will be at least 30-45 minutes and thats what I expected and I said that was fine. He then says you wanna wait at least a hour for a pizza then whatever. Then no one working there even attempts to take my order. That’s just flat out rude and unacceptable lack of service. Of course its busy, its rainy. I expect it to take time to get made and baked etc. clearly this establishment does not want my business they apparently have more than they can handle, so good for them. Not a problem to purchase elsewhere, absolutely will never visit this business again.

Tristan clearly has poor work ethics of the quality of pizzas he makes for customers. He clearly does not care when a customer pays $20 for this cardboard pizza with lack of sauce at 12:00am. On top of that I paid for a delivery fee and a $6 tip, i tried to at least give a decent tip for the delivery but Instead I ended up driving to pick up the pizza because I get a call from Tristan saying there is a 4 hr delivery wait time. My total came out to close to $50 and this is the poor service and food I receive. Avoid this pizza nightmare and save your money.
