Really some of the best Chinese food I’ve had in a while. An obviously family owned shop, they were as sweet as could be. The food was excellent, you could absolutely tell there was love and care in their meals. Service was excellent, great to support a local business too, these guys deserve it.

So, my sister & I decided to get some Asian food, after craving for so long & it was near our stop to the grocery store so we walked in Formosa to see pricing! We were also excited due to the great reviews, so after contemplating, we walked in. No issues at first, the gentleman acknowledged us and handed a menu once asked. Now, my sister & I were in there for maybe 10 minutes & finally decided on what to order (Over priced, I will say) We wanted to see if we could swap an entree for their combo deal, so we asked! Politely, might I add, and omg!!! The red lipped lady at the counter was so terribly rude!! She rolled her eyes and said with a snouted mouth “No we don’t substitute whats on the menu is whats on the menu, what we have there is what its gonna be, we’re not changing that” VERY close to that. Very snotty, very nasty, extremely unacceptable behavior. Poor example of customer service. She repeated this twice, my sister & I did nothing but look at each other, hand back the menus & say never mind, thank you. Walked out in peace. All this to say, watch where you give your hard earned money to. TERRIBLE. 0/5 . God Bless!

Best Filipino food I’ve found in South Carolina! Only place that has Lumpia Shanghai! The Sisig is in my top 3 best ever! They have really delicious Sio Pao too! Sinigang hit the spot on a rainy day. I can’t wait to sample the rest of the menu! The couple that run the restaurant are very welcoming and accommodating. Highly underrated spot. Don’t sleep on this one! If you’re missing the Philippines or curious about Filipino cuisine this is definitely the place to go!

Love this place!!! I have been going here for years but it was like second nature so never thought to do a review!!! My favorite thing at this place is the lumpia which is what is pictures below I love them!! Her dinner plates are amazing as well I usually get the sweet and sour chicken combination plate with pancit and bacon fried rice

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I went. Twice the price for half the phone at your typical Chinese restaurant next to a food lion. The food was average at best. This plate was almost 18 dollars

Over priced and extremely rude! My family has been going to the oriental cuisine for 40+years since i was a kid! we were sad when they closed but excited to find their relative owns this restaurant and food is similar. we have been twice now and its always hot and cramped. But food was still pretty good. Sadly the service is not. My 72 year old mom and her friend went today for lunch and though the sign on door says they don’t close until 7pm they were abruptly asked to leave by the owner stating they had stayed too long. There weren’t other customers and plenty of empty tables. Sadly my family won’t be back. My dad passed away about a year and half ago and to see my mom treated like that is unfortunate.

I’m sorry, but I need to write a negative review. The beef and broccoli was soupy and there was hardly any beef. The portion size was half what we are used to from other restaurants. The pork wonton had little pork and tasted off. The best item was the crab rangoon and we’re pretty confident those came ready-made. Sorry, but no.
