Ordered a PEC on a plain bagel. Bagel was really soft and fresh. Wasn’t the neatest sandwich as you can see in the picture, it looks like they threw it all together really fast. All in all it was a decent sandwich. Edit: (2nd Trip) Ordered a BLT on a bagel and it was huge and tasted great. See pictures. The Deli has plenty of things to choose on the menu, and plenty of other fresh items. There is a lot of seating inside, and they have a small table or two outside. Nice little place to enjoy breakfast and a coffee. They also have a TV which you can watch while enjoying your breakfast.

I wish 0 stars was an option. The service was terrible. They didn’t even remember our order and when we realized a lot of people behind us got our food we asked and they gave it to us cold. We got taylor ham, egg, & cheese and they didn’t even put a full egg. Bagel was burnt and hard. Don’t go here. Travel a few extra mins for a good bagel or get Starbucks breakfast. Extremely disappointed and hungry bc I had to throw out the rest after a few bites

Usually this place is decent but went today they served a burnt bagel. Not just the edges are burnt the whole top and bottom is burnt, it’s like eating cardboard. That is not toasted.
If you’re not going to serve an inedible bagel then make another one. Really disappointed in their service today.

This place has the best bagels ever. We were staying overnight in the area and googled someplace for breakfast and Steins was close so we tried it. Hands down the best bagels we’ve ever had! If you’re in the area you really need to stop here.

Food is great except I’ve ordered inside the store and online and I’ve had multiple orders be wrong even on days when it’s not busy, I don’t have the time to go back into the store and ask for the correct order especially when it’s busy so that’s why I order online and the orders still have been incorrect

I ordered a Belgian waffle and I received a heated up premade waffle (the frozen type). They cost like $1 maybe and they selling waffles for $7.50. Regardless of the cost. I asked the lady if I can switch this for something else because I thought it was fresh made waffles. She responded they would not switch my food and that “I should have asked whether or not they were fresh made waffles”. Lol what ?

I was working in the area and would go here for lunch, they have a wide assortment of sandwiches and hot food. I ordered the Grilled Chicken with mozzarella roasted peppers onions and balsamic vinegar. YUMMM! $10 BUCKS… a solid sandwich.

We are a family that swears by wheat products (gluten-free people don’t really get along with us at mealtimes :-)) so our bread bin and pasta pantry are always full. Ever since we discovered Steins Bagels, we simply stopped buying bagels AND cream cheeses from other stores. Their bagels are deliciously chewy and satisfyingly substantial. Their cream cheeses are much tastier (and substantial) than the kind one can get from a deli in a regular grocery store. Many of their customers are regulars, and this family has joined their club :-)!
