order online for delivery, the delivery driver pulled up to here we were suppose to meet, never got out of the car or roll down the window to ask if I were the one waiting, instead he called, my wife answered and he was rude and said he waited to long and was leaving, I had no clue the guy was next to me, nothing on car to say, hey, i’m pizza hut, never got out to ask if I were the customer, my order was sitting in his passenger seat, not in a hot carrier, god knows what been in that seat. the sauces were thrown in the bag with the bread sticks, again who knows who handled them. order was cold, now to the order, chicken wings weren’t wings, they were very over breaded mcnuggets, very little BBQ sauce on them, pizza was not done in middle, very wimpy, not much for topping, can’t tell you about the breadstix’s, we did not eat them with the sauces just thrown in with them, no tell’n where or who handle them, very unsanitary , and this was all delivered like this to the Methodist hospital in San Antonio. one thing for sure, no pizza hut anywhere will ever see my money again, and they need to drop that delivery drive, he is awful.

Pizza Hut app finally working again. Got excited to order again but our favorite PH is now closed. Ordered from this location before reading reviews. Glad I didn’t read them because as you can see, our pizzas are quite good. Also they’re using DoorDash now so probably will eliminate delivery issues. I didn’t go to the restaurant or interact with staff. Therefore have no opinion on atmosphere or staff.

Do not order here at night. I’ve tested the theory by ordering takeout in the daytime and my pizza was perfect. Last night I ordered and my “stuffed crust” pizza wasn’t stuffed….no pesto AND undercooked. This has happened more than 3 times….terrible

Absolutely horrible!! I ordered several hours ahead of time for delivery at a specified time. 10 minutes after the large order was supposed to be delivered, I called. One person on duty, no delivery, so was going to use door dash. Was going to be “at least 30 more minutes”. I ended up going to pick up my order. When I got there, the order still wasn’t ready! Kept my manners, and politely asked for cheese and peppers. “Well, we usually charge for these…” I said “Good, and thank you; I usually don’t have to come pick up my delivery order.”

Had a pizza delivered at my office. Opened the box and it was smushed all to one corner like it had been dropped. Called to speak to someone the woman on the other line said “ugh god” then HUNG UP. Poor service.

Absolutely ridiculous the amount of complaints about the same exact things (foreign objects in pizzas) this place obviously comes not practice food safety whatsoever further more the management is under the impression these complaints are erroneous. Y’all need better staff and better management an absolute poor excuse of a very famous pizza chain. This locations score is correct subpar and 2 stars is correct do not eat here if you are expecting quality or professionalism.
