I just got a peanut buster parfait at the drive through. I eat them all the time at various DQs. This was terrible. The ice cream tastes like ice crystals, literally practically frozen and flavorless. Hardly any peanuts of hot fudge and they left off the whip cream.
Will never go here again. I ate about a third and threw it away. Blue Ash has the best, St. Bernard is next.

My daughter and I and my grandson stopped here today. The one on Harrison Ave in Harrison Ohio. My daughter asked for a burger with ev except cheese. When her order came, it was the size of a George Webb burger and the only thing on it was two pickles and ketchup and mustard. Any flavor restaurant knows with everything means just that. I asked for a chili dog, this thing was burning hot, not spicy, just the heat from it. The cheese was melted to the inside of the box. Our dairy queen is nothing like this. On a scale of one to ten, I give this place a half star. Shame on you. Meant to say that any other restaurant knows what, with everything means. Not that far from civilization.

Had me wait 15 minutes for my food in the drive thru waiting spot. Then as I’m arranging my food,(that wasn’t even put in a bag to go) some young girl with glasses comes out and tells me to move my car . “We have a drive thru to run” she says and “you need to move your car”. Is this how Dairy queen wants to run their business? Making you feel like take our crappy food and get out of the line. I’ll never be back and tell my family to stay away also.

It’s 8:30 and went to get some food and ended two hours early for inside and ended a hour early for the drive through? I understand it ending about 5 to 10 minutes early, but a hour is unacceptable. On the sign on the front door it says 7:30 to 9 PM to “better serve you” more like not at all!

Employees should never touch people’s phones for the rewards system to work. The guy at the drive thru grabbed my phone, closed the window, walked to a completely different room out of my sight, then was in no hurry to give my phone back to me. I was not handing it to him. I was displaying a barcode to be scanned. No one needs free ice cream that bad. Don’t kidnap my phone.

We both got the flamethrower burgers. The buns and condiments were hot and fresh but we both agreed that the burgers were…well, I’m sorry…nasty. They seemed boiled, gray and tasteless. We shared an order of beautiful crisp golden onion rings. And a blizzard and brownie caramel cup. But the price was much higher than expected at over $27. We’ll probably just stick to ice cream at the DQ from now on.

Stopped again last night with the family for some ice cream. My eldest son and I go here quite often for lunches together on Tuesdays, service is great food is hot and tasty. The price point is getting close to a typical sit down restaurant but this seems to be the norm for most fast food chains as of late. Huge shout out to Johanne (Joe-Mama) she has been a fixture in the food industry in this town for well over 30 years. You will never meet a more attentive, kind and funny lady! She is the main reason we stop in there for lunch, and we sure miss her at skyline.
