Wrote this review to highlight Izzy! We came in close to closing time, and she greeted us with genuine kindness and welcoming energy. We knew it was late but we really needed some food, and Izzy didn’t let us feel like we were a burden. Getting there so close to closing, we definitely didn’t anticipate such great service and attentiveness! She really made something as small as grabbing a bite to eat such a pleasant experience. I had the best experience at 5 Guys. It was my first time, and I am GF and had burger with a lettuce wrap instead of a bun – just the way I like it! The frier is GF and the fries were on point. Also, I am a calorie counter and everything had the calories next to it on the menu. The service was friendly and the I can’t wait to go back again. This was an easy option for me and its not often that I can say that.

The regular burger is a huge, delicious double meat sandwich. A regular order of fries is more than enough for two. Prices are high but portions are huge. I prefer a single burger but you have to know to specify one patty. Love the free peanuts and strawberry shake!

Best burger, best fries by far. You better be ready to eat a lot of fries if you get the bagful but mmmm, they are sooooo good. I love the made-to-order with the exact ingredients you want on your burger and since it’s a double patty sandwich, one is plenty! Five Guys has the best burger combination of all burger joints!

3-stars on price alone. It should not cost a dad $46 to bring his son out for a burger and a shake. This place is out of their mind with their pricing. I guess if people will pay it, more power to them. Enjoy getting fleeced.

I don’t expect much from you run-of-the-mill fast food joints, even when they’re more “premium” of a franchise. However, this place surprised me repeatedly that I had to double check I was still at a Five Guys when I left.
The first thing; This place was immaculate. Clean from head to toe. Usually there is one dirty table and the floor rittled with peanut shells and the like, but here… Nothing. Theu were on top of it. Secondly; The service was a lot more chill than your usual teenage, devil-may-care attitude, added a little extra fries cause they were simply slower than usual. To top that off, the manager loterally walked the floor like this places was a full-fledged restaraunt. Making sure everything was in order.
This place was clearly trying to evolve passed being a Five Guys, we were spoiled.

I had a really frustrating experience with this Five Guys, the app glitched and placed a large order without me clicking anything. I tried to cancel immediately through the app, but there was no option. I called the store right away, hoping they could stop the order, but they said it was already submitted and couldn’t be canceled, even though the extra food was clearly going to go to waste.
I went to the store to pick it up in person, and while I was sitting there, the manager started bad-mouthing me to colleagues for trying to cancel the order. It was unprofessional and uncomfortable. I was told I’d be refunded, but weeks later I still haven’t received anything.
To top it off, I was so upset I didn’t even eat the food, since I didn’t trust the people serving it, so I paid for nothing. Between the app glitch, poor customer service, and lack of follow-through, this was a really disappointing experience. I expected better from Five Guys. 10/7/25

4 star’s because it is over priced. The food, on the other hand, was delicious. The bacon and cheese hotdog was like off the backyard grill. Yummy! My double bacon cheeseburger was reminiscent of In-n-Out Burgers. So we’re the fries. You might want to ask them about their secret menu items. After reading some other reviews, I paid close attention to the staff and saw a happy crew. We were greeted with smiles and the service was very good. The restaurant was also very clean.
UPDATE: That was 8 months ago. This time the bill come to over 80 dollars for 4 bacon cheeseburgers, 2 fries and some drinks and the quality of food seems to have gone down. Definitely not anywhere near worth the money paid. They’ve become a very overpriced “average” burger joint. I will not be back.
