I was hesitant to try this place after reading reviews about poor service and long wait times, but I’m so glad we gave it a chance. The service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. I can see how the wait could get long, but it’s not due to the staff at all everything is fully customizable, and if it’s your first visit, taking time to explore all the options is part of the experience. We will definitely be coming back.

Today I went to cava for the first time ever the staff at this location were super friendly/helpful with what I should get in my bowl! They helped me with recommendations and even let me try a sample of something! Definitely will be coming back next time with my husband! The inside of the restaurant was super clean as well!!

Had such a great experience at Cava! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced — every bite felt thoughtfully prepared. The wife and I tried CAVA for the first time today after hearing all of her friends talk about it. I ended up getting the spicy lamb sweet potato bowl, and my wife got a chicken bowl.
For me, it wasn’t really my cup of tea, but I can see why people like it. My wife absolutely loved it though. Especially the pita bread with tzatziki. She said it was so good and would definitely go back again.
So while it may not be my first choice, if you’re into Mediterranean-style bowls and fresh ingredients, it’s probably worth checking out.

A great option to make its way to Jacksonville. If you like Chipotle you will enjoy CAVA. Lot’s of options to choose from (greens, grains, proteins, veggies, sauces). Tried a viral grain & rice bowl off of TikTok and loved it! One bowl = 2 meals. Try the pita chips and wonton strips if you like a chip like crunch. Tera, Amira, Libby & Alexis had amazing service.

I ordered a Greek salad for pickup, and this was a really disappointing experience from start to finish. The order was over 30 minutes late, and when I finally received it, it was completely wrong.
Instead of a Greek salad with the listed toppings, I received mostly steak and lettuce with olives.
On top of that, the food quality was awful. The salad was extremely salty, and the steak was chewy and unpleasant to eat. I ended up not finishing it because it just wasn’t good.
For the price and the reputation CAVA usually has, this was unacceptable. I hope this location improves order accuracy and quality control.
