Ate here again tonight. Service was good but the pizza was still made awful. This was a pepperoni, bacon, mushroom all the way around and also green peppers and onions on half. No I didn’t order light cheese. Pic speaks for itself

We haven’t gotten Papa John’s s in years and won’t ever go back there again. Paid for extra steak and got a bunch of mushrooms and peppers, a works that looks like they just threw a bunch of olives on a single piece, and side of pizza sauce that is maybe half full at best. I had to put the pizza in the oven because it was soggy in the center, like it wasn’t fully cooked. I should have checked the boxes.

One of my favorite locations in the Central USA, the staff here is awesome, always professional and very polite. The delivery drivers are always caring and respectful when dropping off your order. The pizza is picture perfect with every order, this location doesn’t rush your order and just throw toppings on. They cover the whole pizza equally and make it look just like the commercials. Only pizza place I order from is here in this town. Try them out.

What’s going on with the online ordering? Papa pairings $6.99 each. Ordered 3 pizzas (no premium toppings) and bread sticks. Total shows over $41. That’s not right at all. $7×4= $28. ($5.50 delivery fee +tax around $2.67) that should be $36.17, not $41+. Where’s the extra $5 charge coming from? Canceled my order.

I ordered Family Special Delivery from Papa John’s today. An hour after my order was placed, my food arrives in an unmarked vehicle w/ two people in the car arguing.
A man with no Papa John’s uniform emerges from an unmarked vehicle and opens the rear door of vehicle. He takes a long time getting my pizza out of the car, as I realized he’s picking my pizza off his floor.
He approaches me with pizza’s in hand, no case to hold pizza to keep them warm. Driver hands me the pizza and informs me one of the pizza fell on the floor of his vehicle. I told him I was not accepting the pizzas and to call management and request a refund.
The driver informs me that “will take forever and that only one of the pizza’s fell, and they were fine.” I said no sir I’m not eating floor pizza. As I’m speaking his passenger is hollering out the window “what’s taking so long, are you ready yet.”
I then asked where was his uniform, or any type of Papa John’s ID. He then informed me he is a DoorDasher. I do not DoorDash due to poor service, constant scams, and sketchy drivers.
This is the kind of service you can expect from Papa John’s in Sellersburg, Indiana.
The only saving grace to the situation was the Shaun, the manager of that location being kind understanding, and refunding and replacing the order.
So buyer beware, Papa John’s now uses Door Dash for all deliveries.

I ordered online for delivery my order wasn’t delivered when it said it would be so I called the store and they told me that they were short staffed, I asked him to change it from delivery to carry and to take my tip and delivery charge off and I would come pick it up and he said he couldn’t take the tip off, finally after arguing I ok forget the tip I will just come get my pizza please change it to carry out. I drove there to get it and my pizza was gone and it had been sent out for delivery anyway. I was so mad I had to argue once again for a refund he only wanted to refund my delivery charge. I got back to my house The pizza was on my porch 2 hrs late and it was terrible.

Except for the occasional mistake like forgetting the extra dipping cups I paid for, this place does a good job. The pizza is always good and made well, and the delivery drivers still seem like normal people who are pleasant and courteous. They also seem to appreciate their tip, unlike some of the other pizza places around here.

Ordered Large stiffed crust with chicken, bacon, and ranch and the stuffed crust was raw and cheese not cooked. They put a free large stuffed crust under our name. We used the free large and only got original, so we didn’t have raw dough again, and they failed to put pepperoni on the pizza. When talking to the store Manager he advised he could remake the pizza but only has 1 driver, until 5 p.m., so I cpuld come pick it up. This was delivered for my kids, home from school, while I am working at home so I wasn’t leaving to pick it up. I was then told they wouldn’t have another driver until 5 p.m. and could look at having it delivered but it wouldn’t be until a lot later today.
Will never order from this Papa John’s again.

This is the slowest Papa John’s on the planet. Unless you place the order 2 hours before you want to eat it, be ready to be hungry by the time it gets there. We placed an order at 5 o clock, and set the delivery time to 6:30. Plenty of time we thought… it got delivered at 7:30.
