Last Place Burger popped up in our neighborhood on Manor Road in Austin, Texas, next to iconic fleet coffee and la Santa Barbacha… and I hope this isn’t just temporary! May as well be the best burger I’ve had. The pickled jalapenos >>>> wow. Great service as well, and a complimentary sticker from a little boy passing them out. SO GOOD!!!!

Hands down the best burger in the city. I’ve probably had 40 burgers from here over the last year and will continue to frequent this place. It’s a food truck outside of Roadmap Brewing Co so you can have a burger and fries with your beer. This is a smashburger and the best burger in the city – the burger which I compare all other burgers to and have yet to find one superior. The patties are thin and the edges are crispy. If you want your taste buds tantalized, visit this food truck!

We came here after a work gathering and 8/10 got sick after eating here. I don’t know if it was something poorly cooked, something contaminated, the amount of grease or all of the above. The everything sauce tasted good the 3 first dips but then it was way too salty. The tater tots, however, were very nice.

The food also took a long time to make but there were like 2-3 people working on cooking so we were a little bit more patient but for the size the burger had, we wondered what took them so long to make it.

Overall, I will never eat here again if it means I can avoid throwing up like I did after eating this burger that cost me 13 bucks and didn’t even include fries nor a drink.

We tried the food truck at roadmap brewing and were blown away at their burgers. Quality ingredients such as wagyu beef, top quality cheese, and the buns rocked too. The flavor and juiciness of the burgers was top notch. The fries and tots were perfectly cooked as well. Super good food truck, give them a try!

The hype is real. Fantastic burgers! One of the best burgers I’ve ever had. You can tell from the first bite that they use quality ingredients. They are located at a brewery, so you can grab drinks and eat inside or outside. A must try!

Right outside of the Roadmap Brewery, this food truck is the place to go for the best smash burger within Texas. I love options from Chesters (not quite smashed, but a thin burger), Buffalo wild wings smashed burgers, Smash’d (located a few miles from this spot and the 2nd best option offering crazy variety on the smash burgers), and even got to have a jalapeño smashed burger from Alf eats made by Alf himself. The bark on this burger absolutely matched Alfs and is really just different. Superb crunch, great quality meat inside, and the flavor is simply top notch. Only 3 choices, but that is all they need completely. Will be back, and the beer nearby is great as well

In San Antonio for the weekend and was recommended this as the local smash burger place. Definitely going back for more when I visit again. Good recommendation. Only thing I’d say is to expect a little wait. It’s — from what I can tell — two people in a truck. I came shortly after opening, and there was only one person ordering. Two came right after me. When I was texted about ten minutes later to pick up my order, there were several people.

Amazing burger. Definitely made my top 3 for best overall smash burger here in SA. Flavor was packed, bread was perfect, and the jalapeños were a great touch with their amazing sauce. Staff is very nice and were very accommodating. Will 100% be back.

Note they do sell out so try not to show up an 1-2 hours before closing!

This is a food truck. As we approached we could see 2 people inside. We stood outside and looked at the posted menu. We waited a few minutes before they acknowledged us. The man that took our order wasn’t unfriendly, just not what I would consider friendly. He took our orders, answered our questions then told us our total, which was quite expensive for 5 burgers, 3 French fries and 2 drinks. It was difficult to tell whose burger was who’s. They all looked alike. I went to the truck and told them we didn’t get onions on our burgers and asked for some. The man told me they had onions and they only put a little bit. I asked for some because 3 people wanted some. He handed me a very small plastic container with about 1 lbs of finely chopped onion. I asked if that was all we could get for 3 burgers and he handed me another small container. I really was shocked by his attitude because I could tell he was bothered, even though onions are listed as one of the ingredients on the burgers. The burgers were ok but needed some seasoning. The French fries were really good.

Super awesome spot for a burger. Everything is great about the food. Food can take some time to get though. Fries are amazing. Thin and somehow fluffy. Burger is excellent. Juicy and the pickles and onions work great. The food pairs well with the brewery next door.
