This coffee shop has big ‘I didn’t mean to stay this long but now I live here’ energy. The barista knew my order before I did, which is both impressive and mildly concerning. The coffee was so good it made me reconsider all my life choices up to this point. Would caffeinate, loiter, and people-watch again.

The 2 baristas made 3 uc3d butter bear lattes to perfection. 1 of them was made for a 60 year old friend who never had an iced coffee let alone an iced latte. She was shocked. Not just because it’s a sweet treat, but because they were made to perfection! Way to go staff!

Always get good coffee at this place. However, we asked this morning about military discount and was promptly met with “We don’t do that.” Every location I’ve been to in Indiana does. And while I fully understand that discounts for military are a choice of a business, if you advertise it, you should be giving it..I have attached a copy of the website description stating that unconditionally the company provides a military discount. Either way the individual could have been way more polite.

I love this bigby but I don’t understand why Monday through Friday there online ordering is unavailable/ turned off but on the weekends I have no problem placing an order I’m a stay at home mom and sometimes coming in and ordering is such a difficult task!!!

Just went in today to get an iced chai latte. It was incredibly disgusting and so sweet I couldn’t even drink it. Went in to ask about it, and there wasn’t anything they can do, but I could buy another one if I wanted one with less flavoring. I’m not paying $10 altogether to replace one drink that tasted awful.
