Love this location, the workers are extremely friendly and personable. They have some new hires and had issues with my order the past few times I’ve gone but immediately corrected my issue with a smile when notified, I completely understand things happen when you have a new crew learning the job. Glad to see things handled correctly regarding issues. I will be back because of the amazing customer service and great food! Ordered on the mobile app and my food was ready by the time I walked in still hot. Would recommend dinning in!

Neisha, Pat, and the manager, Anthony Thomas, were all absolutely great! We were greeted with smiles and received our food quickly. After bringing it to the table, they checked in to make sure everything was good, and Pat also asked if we needed any condiments. We truly appreciate their dedication and courtesy. They made the experience enjoyable and welcoming. We felt like family rather than just customers. My previous review still stands, I highly recommend this location. Would recommend dining in.

Service is friendly, place is clean, timeliness of order completion is behind but consistent so you can plan for it. However this time out of 4 different times I just got a fossil of oldest piece of chicken in history.

For fast food, I give it 5 stars across the board. The burger was tasty, not greasy but for me most impressively it was dressed very well!. Clean, comfortable atmosphere and the service was great. Food delivered to table and they even cleared the table.

I ordered my food at 2:15 PM, and my bacon cheeseburger and french fries were not delivered until 2:45. The fries were cold, and not crispy. The hamburger was cold, the cheese was not melted, and the bun was hard. This was not during a lunch rush. It should not take 30 minutes to deliver a burger and fries. The restaurant had maybe six tables occupied, and everyone was having to wait for their food. This was not the Whataburger experience I grew up with.

This location is so much bigger than Greensboro location. Pasha (spelling may not be correct) was so personable friendly and helpful. Don’t let her leave. The security people outside directing traffic was so helpful and friendly. Continue on this journey of success with these kinds of people and you will bloom here in High point.

I sat in the Drive-Thru line at the order screen for about 7 to 10 minutes. Nobody even bothered to say I’m sorry I’ll be right with you or give me a moment or anything I just never took my order. I heard someone come on the mic for a second but immediately turn it off. I was the only one in line.

I lived in TX for 5 years and I’m happy to have Whataburger here in my home state!! Drive-thru was packed but I got my food hot and fast. Glad the NC store is staying true to the TX menu.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had. Went last night through the drive thru around 10:30 pm, there was no line so it was pretty speedy to get through. However, the customer service I experienced was horrible and I don’t think I’ll be revisiting this location again anytime soon. I ordered 1 whataburger meal with a side of sauce and I had to repeat my order to the cashier 50 times and they still put my order in wrong. I asked for just 2 toppings on my burger and they had a hard time understanding that I just wanted those 2 toppings for whatever reason and it prompted them to laugh at me (?). When I pulled up to the window the workers were all standing behind the dude at the register and he asked me again if I wanted one of the toppings I asked for on my burger to which I said yes which prompted him and the other workers to laugh at me again. They were also talking amongst each other how they were betting on me to which the guy at the register claimed he lost $50 already which makes me wonder if others had the same horrible experience that I had. He was also openly blaming me because he took my order wrong. They also gave me the wrong drink and at that point I didn’t even say anything out of fear of being ridiculed and laughed at again. The fries were super stale too like they’d been sitting out for a while (picture like reheated McDonald’s fries). They also forgot the sauce I paid extra for. Burger was good though, only redeeming quality of the whole experience. For $12 for 1 meal I could’ve taken that and gone to a different restaurant and receive at least subpar customer service and correct order. Honestly felt bad about spending my money at an establishment that treats customers like that and openly talks trash about them right in front of them. Do better.

I’m a huge Whataburger fan, and can’t recommend them enough! My burgers are always fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious! I love that I can get my bun toasted just the way I like it. And the prickly pear drink is a solid 10!!
The customer service is outstanding too—everyone was super friendly and genuinely happy to help. Plus, the store was spotless, which made me happy to dine inm. I’m a true fan! Whataburger is definitely my go-to fast-food spot!

The workers were very polite and professional, that’s why I gave it 3 stars. Nothing against the workers here. As far as the food, I didn’t like it! Tastes way too much like McDonald’s which makes me believe it actually is a 24hr. McDonald’s. I quit eating at McDonald’s over 15 years ago because of negatives I’ve heard about the food process that I won’t expose here.
