Java Island has excellent food, drinks and the service is extraordinary. Please know that if you have never been here it is a drive-thru coffee shop with a huge variety of coffee drinks, pastries and tasty breakfast burritos. It does have a walk up window with an outdoor seating area if you want to eat there. I highly recommend visiting!

Such a cute spot! The service is always so nice and friendly (and fast!!) and the coffee is smooth! Their seasonal flavors are also so good. I love stopping by here. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and you want a drive thru spot that’s not starbucks.

This place has got to learn how to make a latte. It’s so bad and I came back after 3-4 years to see if their product is any better. It tastes exactly like Starbucks- terrible bitter coffee with milk that’s just warm with a ton of foam on top. Don’t charge $6 for a latte if you don’t know how to make them!!! There is no good coffee on this side of Erie and it’s so frustrating. The way you steam milk makes or breaks a latte. This place is no better than cheap fast food places. Came here yesterday and had an awful latte- drove all the way to Cristos and had an amazing latte. Please do better

After reading I guess some old reviews I decided to try it. I agree with the person that said it tastes like Starbucks ( which I don’t like ) my latte could have put hair on my chest. Tastes terrible and their prices were way higher than most places I have gone! Will not be back

This place is the BOMB. The baristas never mind my silly orders, no matter what. Sometimes I feel like I’m throwing a surprise quiz at them, and they just ask if I want whipped cream with that (yes, always, thank you so much ). And then they always get my order right! It’s like a magic trick!
I LOVE their seasonal flavors. They’re unique and fun! The cherry pistachio is my favorite, but I always look forward to the seasonal changes to try. My husband loves the zebra, and I was HOOKED on their Grinch chiller over Christmas.
Also, they are unusually awesome with our dogs and somehow always spot them all even when we have a fourth (and one of my dogs is star struck by all people and usually hides in the far corner).
Anyway, all this to say, I drive out of my way to go here, and I wish I had visited sooner.

Smooth and not too sweet coffee flavors. I’ve tried many of the flavor combinations and I’m never disappointed. All the staff are super friendly as well. It’s become my favorite way to start the day.

We just moved nearby this month & have been here maybe four times. The staff are always friendly & never forget to make my drink with soy 😉 Today I ordered a Samoan (yes like the girl scout cookies!) blended drink & a chocolate peanut butter blended drink. They both taste great! Also, there has never been a wait when we’ve gone! We will be back for sure.
