We were greeted right away and enjoyed watching the games on the television sets while waiting and eating. Our waiter was nice but not very attentive. We ordered a French dip and felt the flavor was good but questioned the ground hamburger appearance. When he brought the check I asked because the menu clearly said sliced steak. We were then told that they were out of meat for the French dips and yes a hamburger was used. We also upgraded to the garlic fries which were also very good but the grease pooled in the bottom of the bowl made the bottom layer of fries unappealing. So we truly felt over charged for the food we received.

We were given a limited menu because the cook was new on his first or second day, also on his own. The special entree also couldn’t be made because of this. Not sure how hard it is a make a smash burger, but I’d assume not very. I figured you can’t mess up chicken tenders right? Nope, yes you can! There were sections that were clearly overcooked, brown and dry. There was absolutely no flavor on them like it was just plain chicken and flour. I added salt, pepper and hot sauce and ate around the burnt parts. The burger my husband got was supposed to be medium, but it was more like done; not well done, but no pink and not extra dry. Again, absolutely no flavor to the burger. Was like having ground beef with vegetables and a bun.

They didn’t have cherry coke because there wasn’t a manager there to change it out. Subbed coke and grenadines but it was mostly grenadine. There was no ketchup in the restaurant. They ran out and were waiting for a delivery. This was lunchtime.

The fries were good. Waitress was nice and helpful.

First time stopping here. Ordered the cheese burger with bacon on it and it came out burnt and hard as a rock. Notified the waitress and they corrected it quickly! It was delicious and they give you alot of fries!

Two weeks in a row we’ve had AMAZING food and service! The taco salad, awesome! Cheese curds, fries, burgers are a must! James our server who we now request his section, is very attentive and friendly. If you’ve never eaten here, I’d strongly suggest it.

Place continues to be a disaster. They simply can’t handle business effectively and it shows every time in here. I eat free with comps but it’s still frustrating and to see these other guests also getting frustrated, it’s a time and time again experience. Definitely poor management and not the right people in place.

Brew Brothers always has good food, not excellent but good for what it is. The atmosphere is nice, but there is always trash on the floors and lately seems like there always flys everywhere.

The waitstaff on the other hand is aweful. Two days in row the staff acts like they absolutely despise the fact they have come take your order, are not even remotely welcoming and basically just wait for you to order so they literally have to say as little to the customer as possible. It’s truly a shame as much money that pumps through a casino restaurant that they cannot hire waitstaff that worth a damn.

The Brew Brothers is currently the Isles food option if your so inclined to dine while out this way. This changes almost yearly as being a casino they tend to jump on the end of what’s currently ‘in’ in the Midwest which if your from the east or west was out along time ago. $15 burgers and salads and some other meat options in the &30 and up range. The menu is Applebeesish only smaller and more expensive. My chicken Caesar salad had lettuce that had seen better days and a slab of flashed cooked chicken that left my mouth thirsty and dry. The service was ok and had that high school I don’t want to be here feel. The Isles never paid attention to anything but gaming and probably just think of this place as the last place to get your wallet as you head out the door. For a Caesar’s casino I’m sure Waterloo sits on the bottom the list of their holdings but that’s no reason to give their patrons average options. The Brew Brothers does serve breakfast and I may or may not try sometime. Enjoy!

PS. Their is a pizza joint next door but I’ve never seen it open as well as some sorta bakery/burger/coffee quick eats type place that I’ve seen people at from time to time.

On 10/11 stopped there for lunch. Had 2 Iowa Tenderloin sandwiches and water. Used my Caesars Reward points to pay. Signed the receipt for just under $30, gave the guy $6 tip and later discovered, that over $53 worth of points were taken out of my card. Notified BrewBrothers by Business message same day, but never heard back from them. I would suggest to find other place to eat because the food was bad and they steal from customers. I’m usually very patient and understanding, but this is not the case to let it slide…

If you’re in a rush, this isn’t for you. We had to wait quite awhile for our food. However, the wait was worth it. The sirloin, (medium rare) was cooked to perfection. The steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes were great too!! Hand breaded chicken tenders were real, moist, juicy, chicken. The chicken bacon ranch sandwich was excellent too. Logan was our server and he was quick! Never had an empty drink. Many places are understaffed but they didn’t forego quality.

This place was pretty good! I ordered a Reuben and my partner ordered a burger, and both of them were incredible. We also ordered a couple slices of blueberry lemon cheesecake, and it was SO good!
Our waitress was incredibly nice, and helped in answering all of the questions we had.
The tables and bar all appeared to be very clean as well!
Hope to come back!
