Came here to try out on Valentines day with family. Service was amazing. Had a small mocha hot and a small strawberry shake and ice-cream. Cookies and macaroons were really good.

The ice cream is great but the staff are not kind unfortunately. I said thank you many times and smiled and received a blank rude stare instead of your welcome. A smile would be nice at least.. it is very off putting. Definitely need to work on that as a front of house worker. Most of the workers are moping around and frowning it is so strange. The vibe is very off. My little brother asked about a flavor and got a rude remark. I understand everyone has bad days but when it is 2/3 of the workers and it is happening during every interaction especially when the customer goes above and beyond to thank them and smile and be cheerful it is off putting. The older woman working was very kind and welcoming. Saturday February 28th at 6:15pm.

Came in for a bowl of ice cream with my daughters and we loved the experience. The ambience is beautiful and cozy and the service top-notch. Every must have flavor of ice cream that an ice cream shop should have IS there!! And the cookies are to die for I’ll never go back to crmbl this is our new to go cookie shop! 10/10

Excellent local ice cream shop tucked away off Route 59 in Plainfield. You definitely have to know where it’s at or you will miss it. Very nice decor inside and great service.
They have plenty of selections of scooped ice cream and homemade cookies. They can make any of the ice cream flavors into a milkshake for you. I had one of their specialty milkshakes tonight and it was called “The Elvis”. It was made with banana ice cream with some small chunks of banana, peanut butter and chocolate. It tasted great! Elvis would be proud!
Very enjoyable stop there for ice cream and we will be back. Highly recommended. Enjoy!!!

First time here… recommended by a friend. I’d say map it or Google it but definitely find it! My wife loves mint chocolate chip and said this was best she’s had. The chips are real chips and not sliced like most others. I had the coffee shake and found it a great blend of their cappuccino ice cream and a shot of espresso that was excellent. The cookies are amazing, made from scratch every day. It’s about a 20 minute drive but this will be a regular visit for us.

First-time visit after eating at Sovereign. I ordered milk and cookies ice cream, and a chocolate chip cookie . It was fine. The cookie had a more cake texture and didn’t have a lot of chocolate chips, but they warmed it up, and that was nice. The vibe was so beautiful, and the staff was friendly.

This place was super fun!! We got a peanut butter shake, brown sugar bourbon ice cream and a dipped cone with chocolate ice cream. They had 1/3 pound New York style cookies. I will definitely be trying next time.

Stop by to pick up some pizza for the Super Bowl but this place called my pregnancy cravings. And wow there cookies were so delicious and also had a taste of there mango ice cream if I’m not mistaken and it was delicious definitely going back for more!
