Right when I walked in I was greeted by Kathy she was very friendly. The place was very clean and the food was fresh. I can tell she makes sure that her customers are happy and satisfied when they leave. I honestly don’t have any complaints and I’ll definitely be coming back.

I stopped in while my daughter and I were out and about. I placed my order and specifically asked for extra oil and vinegar and there was neither on the sandwich. I was already disappointed that they were out of lemonade, but to mess up an order where it CLEARLY says “More” is insane. What a waste.

Can’t follow simple instructions. My fiance ordered the subs of today and they put the subs in the bag bit lied and told my fiance that the cookies were in the bag. I called up there a few minutes before they closed and complained about missing items. Some guy tried to rudely tell me that we ordered the meal with chips when thats not in fact what we ordered as you can see on the receipt. Instead of him being rude, he couldve at least said just come up there tomorrow with the receipt and they can accommodate me. If you can’t follow simple instructions that are right in front of you, you don’t need to work there. So ridiculous how people feel that they can be rude to you for their mistake. The only thing good that came out of this situation is that the sandwich was perfect. The tea was not sweet and we had missing items. Your best bet would be to not order your food online here

This subway is terrible. It’s a small dingy building. I should have left when I saw it but I had several subs I was asked by others to get. I had a subway coupon clearly in my hand but when I went to pay they said they don’t take them because they can’t make any money if they do. They did not have any signs letting me know they did not take subway coupons. The place was empty of customers at lunch time and I now know why

The one guy that was working totally substituted good Customer service with speed. He rushed through the entire order which caused the food to be messy. Yes, my time is important but kindness & good customer service is equally important. Customer service training could help him a lot. This was my 1st & last time at this location if he’s working & has not improved.

Would just like to say the young guy working today was extremely pleasant, friendly with everyone. Made sure he spoke to everyone as they came into the store. He was working by himself with a steady line and making sure everyone’s sandwich was completed to their requests. I’ve been here a couple times when he’s working and it has always been great. Definitely a great person to have out front working with people. I believe the young man said his name was Arron or Ann, sorry masks and I have hearing issues. Anyways guys awesome..
