To start, I’m not a meat-eater (by choice) so I specified that at the beginning. I hadn’t had the Mexican Pizza in over a decade, so I opted to try it for lunch (see receipt attached) including a MexiMelt (if we’re throwing back, let’s do it all the way; I had to tell the young woman how to make that, which she obliged.) The Mexican Pizza I first received had BEEF on it (see circled photo) so I sent it back to be remade. No apology, just acknowledged w/ an “ok” and remade w/ a “Here you go.” My Crunchy Tacos were made w/ black beans but NOT Supreme (as indicated by the receipt.) I walked back up, showed the receipt and the items, I was handed a side of tomatoes & a side of sour cream to “fix it up how [I] you want,” instead of them all remade. The woman in glasses walked to the back, and laughter was heard after I walked away. After trying the fixed pizza & tacos, I realize it doesn’t have the charm it once had, and neither do the standards Taco Bell once held for their dining room (see circled photo of peeled away wallpaper.) I didn’t want to believe the low reviews of this location but, sadly, they’re coming true.

Won’t be going back. We live local, I crave these once every few months. Staff is rude AND is there even any meat on these tacos? They were lukewarm warm on top of that. I rarely post negative reviews but this, this is pathetic.

Received food via doordash. Ordered 12 pack of tacos, six crunchy and six soft. Ordered chicken grilled stuffed burrito, that tasted better than the actual tacos. Dasher followed instructions, food still lacks flavor as it has over the years. Everything was in the bag, including sauce, just lacked filling and seasoning. You think they’d listen to their customers over the years, unfortunately they doesn’t seem to be the case.

Definitely the worst Taco Bell in the area 16 minutes for two burritos four people walked past me, and the other person gave me a burrito that was halfway in the bag. I would definitely never recommend eating at this place too many different food establishments in the area to pick this

I have been to alot of taco bells, outside looks great, inside decent but the employees !! I mean wow, the most rudest ones i have ever encountered in my life, they were nasty, mean, talk to you like trash and throw the food at you like your basically dirt ! I would not come back to this store again, if yoU like being treated like a dog then come HERE !!! Terrible !!

Placed dine-in order thru kiosk. Decided to get 2 side orders of sour cream. I politely asked someone behind the counter, which there were 4 within view, and all but 1 person ignored me. I said, “hi, will you please ring me up for 2 sides of sour cream”. Young girl pointed to the kiosk and said you have to do it over there. I replied, I have cash and asked again, ” will you please ring me up so I don’t have to use the kiosk again, I have cash?”. She pointed again and said, use the machine. So, I said, “really, you can’t ring me up, I have cash?. Again. She pointed and started tapping away to wake up the kiosk. So we both used the kiosk and I ordered my sour cream. She started to walk away and I said, “excuse me, Remember I’m using cash and held out two, 1 dollar bills. She grabbed my money, pushing my hand down and then she aggressively ripped the money from my hand. I was shocked and waited a couple seconds and said. “Wow, that was aggressive and unnecessary”. No one said a word, the girl was cashing me out on a register at drive-thru. 2 people preparing food looked over and didn’t say anything. I said, ” did you see what she did? She agressuvely ripped the money from my hand” and NO response.The girl walked over to give me my change and I said. “That was rude of you to aggressively rip the money from my hand” and she said I didn’t do that, I said, oh yes you did. She walked away. I made my drink and walked back to the counter and asked to speak to the manager. The female manager walked over and asked what the issue was and I told her what happened. The manager said, “I’ll talk to her” and apologized”. This was probably the rudest customer service experience I’ve had in about 2 years. I’m doubtful the manager said anything to her. I won’t be returning to that location. The young girl had black hair, ponytail under her hat and wore black framed glasses. She was out of line and rude.

First of all this isn’t supreme. Second of all you should be kinder to your customers, especially when I was kind to you and didn’t have to be, with the attitude I got for no reason. It’s not my fault you work at a Taco Bell and if you don’t like it and you’re that miserable then get another job. I shouldn’t have to add my own sour cream lol. Usually they don’t get my stuff wrong but who knows, was not happy with this trip.
