I realize ordering food can be a hit or miss sometimes. But this was really bad. I want to point out this is not for all the time just this experience. If I order during the week during lunch the food is astounding. This time was horrible. The food took 53 minutes for 2 pizzas. I was patient and waited. Then the food came cold. Not warm COLD. The driver had the audacity to take it out the pizza bag like it was hot. Okay, no big deal I will warm it up. Did that and the consistency did not changed. It looked like a cold, day old pizza that sat out. Was hot but the cheese never melted. Okay whatever hungry let me just try it. Ate a few slices and felt sick. Felt like I was going to vomit. My spouse ate one slice and also felt the same way. Still feeling sick this morning and I am not happy about it. We now officially have taste aversion to Papa John’s. I know no one is perfect but we did not expect to get sick from eating some pizza. Waste of money, time. Do better! Again not for the weekday crew just this onetime experience.

We were hungry for pizza and decided to go to Papa John’s!!!!! Absolutely a nightmare! We didn’t realize that they had a call center, they were just as rude. Dad had to call back and said they couldn’t find an order in the system.
Arrive to the store to pick the pizza and breadsticks up and no one could be found. Get home with the pizza ( look below at the photo). We also got the garlic parmesan breadsticks and way toooo much garlic on them! Will go elsewhere for pizza!

We often get pizza from Papa John’s when we have sleepovers with our young granddaughters. They love the cheesey sticks and we get a pizza as well. There’s almost always a special and all four us usually get two meals out of it for $15-$20.

While I really enjoy Papa John’s pizza, this location consistently produces sub par pizzas. We used to order every other Friday night, but a few years ago we stopped because we continued to get the wrong order, poorly cut (both not cutting all the way and cutting it so some prices were huge and some very tiny), poorly made crust that was very flat on half and many pizzas that were overcooked. Last night we ordered again for the babysitter and kids and they delivered the overcooked bread sticks you see in my photo. Marco’s has been much more consistent with quality and also apologize when an order is messed up.

Reading the reviews made me kind of nervous tbh. When I got there, the staff was friendly, but I did notice someone doing something (I’m not sure what, they were using their hand to wipe something off of a tray) then go straight to the pizza dough. I’m not versed in the pizza/food industry so it could’ve been something that was clean. A delivery driver that was returning held the door open for me as I left! Getting home and the first couple of pieces I grab, I noticed that there was a small string that was cooked into the cheese of one of the slices. I haven’t eaten it yet, so if I get sick I’ll adjust my review.

My one pizza missing its crust and undercooked. Another pizza that wasn’t cut and have part of the pizza with missing crust. Usually don’t write reviews unless too many issues comes up, never had an order with this many issues. Don’t think I will order here again

Very disappointed. Charged me 45 bucks for two pizzas then forgot three items and cut my pizza the wrong way. DO NOT order the gluten crust pizza the crust is bland and floppy.
