We haven’t ever had an issue with using our coupons before with the sandwiches we get they always accept them. But for some reason the guy there making our sandwiches said we couldn’t use it for the sandwiches we ordered and me and my daughter always get the Italian one. The coupon only excludes the foot long snack and the garlic roast beef and the beast nothing else. So what was the issue tonight.

I don’t normally leave reviews for fast food establishments, but we stopped in this Subway a little after one pm on a regular work day. It was SO CLEAN!! I was seriously impressed! I would literally drive out of my way to this Subway location, just because of how clean it was. Staff was upbeat, professional, and personable. The sandwiches were also well made and tasted great, according to my daughters. Overall, would highly recommend and will be repeat customers in the future.

This particular subway was awesome! All the way around! Staff was friendly, polite, patient, knowledgeable, and actually seemed to enjoy working….and they both worked as a perfect team together! Despite my request of ‘a microwave’ couldnt be fulfilled, the submaker gave me the option of using the warmer instead of the toaster… i was floored at how nice she was and how she tried to accommodate my request with such ease and care! I was highly impressed and very satisfied! I would make the 35min drive to this location verse going to either of the two subways in my town that are just 10mins away from my house! Bravo to this establishment!

Store is clean and food is good. Unfortunately the manager lacks all people skills required by a management position. Consistently blatantly rude to me and other friends I have asked. I apologized several times for ordering food on the app 30 minutes before they closed(google says they closed later) and the lady proceeded to say “I know what it says on google we’ve been closing early for 4 months why can’t y’all get that figured out”. The food was always good but I can’t go here anymore due to the terrible management.

One of the best local Subways I have been in this year. The young lady working genuinely loved her job. It all showed through in her speedy and efficient service. The food was excellent and of wood quality. The vinegar and oil was fresh as well. I have not found that to be the case in all Subways in this area. I recommend Subway in Headland.

Clean, respectful except for the older bigger woman who was there being to over demanding to the other employee. We were there in the afternoon on the 9th. Is it the practice of your store that when it’s busy you only have one person doing sandwiches? 4 people in line and one worker. Always be nice, if you are grumpy you lose customers.

Still great service here. However, I have to say, I’m really disappointed in the change in meatballs. I don’t know exactly when they changed, but sometime in the past year they got smaller: A LOT SMALLER! It’s horrible! I think my favorite sub is officially dead till they bring back the big meatballs.
