Pizza is fabulous! Yes it’s a pizza place, highly recommend the Cubano if you’re not into pizza
The nachos with the cheese sauce on it is absolutely wonderful and you will want to take an order to go
We stopped in our way back from TopGolf as we waited for traffic to die down to get back home. My husband and I are not beer drinkers so we were pleasantly surprised by the cocktail menu. 10/10 for drinks – paloma slushee and Java the hutt cocktail were both super tasty.
Service itself was 6/10 – one person was pretty cold and tbh felt like they wanted to be anywhere else but there and the other was super friendly, attentive, and thorough.
Pizza was pretty solid 8/10! I prefer ruse crust collective for Detroit pizza but honestly this one was very good too – just a bit salty for my taste. This is definitely more affordable, more flexible, and good combos.
This is a great spot for an after work happy hour or to come with family and play some board games.
A friend posted a photo of their meal here for the Hot Dog Week and it looked delicious. So, we decided to give it a try. Who wouldn’t want to eat a pretzel dog smothered in beer cheese sauce.
When we got there the hostess was very nice and told us to grab any table we’d like and handed us menus and told us we would order at the bar.
We knew we wanted to try the hot dogs and opted for the chicken nachos as well.
Neither of those items seem very complicated, but they took quite some time to get to our table. The restaurant was about a third of the way full and we easily grabbed a beer barrel table.
The tabletop was clean but sticky sticky sticky. Whatever coating or varnish was on there has deteriorated because of the cleaning product used. We could have switched to another table, but by that point it was getting a little busier and we didn’t want to take up a large table for just the two of us.
We grabbed a game from the host area and used the menus to play cards on so that we didn’t have to touch the very sticky table.
The nachos were pretty mid and the hot dogs much the same. The bun was very crunchy and the dog wasn’t anything spectacular. We left just feeling ok about the whole experience and decided together that we probably won’t go back.
They have free Wi-Fi, the bathrooms are clean, and the vibe is casual and fun.
The service was good, it was quick until they got busy. Two bartenders for the whole place didn’t seem like enough. They could probably use a server/runner. In the end, we sat at the bar with two empty glasses, waiting for service for about 15 minutes before we could wave someone down.
Overall, the vibe was nice. Beers were good. We would come back!
