This used to be the good location in Easthampton, not sure what happened. The major problem is quality control. You can order an iced coffee one day and it’s great, a week later order the same exact coffee and it tastes rancid. Last week I ordered the cereal and milk latte 3 times. The first time it was great, the second time there was no flavor added to it at all. The third time it tasted like they added half amount of flavoring it’s supposed to have. I’ve also had food orders not made correctly.

Got a simple box of donuts order completely wrong. Read the receipt as a drink when correcting their mistake. Told that they cannot swap out donuts after box is opened and that it. Terrible.

I’m usually a regular Dunkin’ customer, but I’ve never been this disappointed. I ordered around forty dollars’ worth of food, and not only did they leave out more than half of it, but this also isn’t the first time my order has been wrong. It’s extremely frustrating to pay for something and not receive it. I really hope management takes this seriously and addresses the staff’s attention to detail, because this location has let me down repeatedly.

I never leave bad reviews. I am a cook myself and understand when it’s busy and service may be slow. However I don’t understand the level of disrespect for the customer that was shown here. They acted as if it was a nuisance to serve me. I wish it was just one bad interaction, however it was several with multiple employees, I waited 25 minutes for my hash browns to be microwaved while watching my coffee melt so much (don’t know why they couldn’t have at least handed it to me). So I left, a little upset I didn’t get my breakfast but I will not eat anything being made here, because I guarantee they are applying their same standards to the food as their customer service.

Worst experience ever , anywhere in my life..
Registers down for almost 30mins.., while nobody really tried to resolve the problem. I watched as 6-8 employees smiled and laughed continuously trying to cover their faces, as they laughed and ” I NEVER HEARD ONE APOLOGY TO ANY OF THE CUSTOMERS WAITING”
Immature and childish behavior for a group of 30 year old people. Nobody tried taking orders and by cash , because that would have been all to difficult.. What did they care, still getting paid to stand around and laugh , instead of attempting to work the problem.

Quick service, knowledgeable crew, and friendly etiquette. As far as fast food service goes this location is top notch. They hardly ever make mistakes on orders and make sure to remember faces. If you’re going to go to Dunkin in Easthampton, go to this one.

Great friendly store! More limited donut selection than some of them, but still plenty to choose from and friendly comfortable vibe. It’s not loud like some coffee places. AC was appreciated at 90 degrees:)
