I visited the location at 9462 Florida Street. The two employees working didn’t even look up to greet me. One of the employees just handed me my order without even a “thank you.” They ignored me and kept fixing sandwiches. This was rude and awful service. My bread was hard as a brick! I will not be returning to this location.

this place honestly disappointed me. i’ve been coming here constantly since i’ve started my job. they marked my order was ready so i drove from my workplace to this location just to wait 10 minutes on my food when i only have a 30 minute break. this is why i place pickup orders. seriously, don’t lie and mark someone’s food as ready if it’s not. i wait to clock out until my food is ready that way im not doing exactly what happened today. they served every customer in the restaurant in line before giving me my food i ordered 30 mins prior to everyone.

really uncomfortable experience. a little boy of about 5-8 years old wearing a red school shirt took our order, coupon, and money. an older female relative made our subs while nagging him the entire time and fixing his register mistakes. our coupon was for 2 footlongs for $12.99. the boy told us our total was $30, and it took a little back and forth for her to fix our order. in the end, fiancé’s sandwich was not cut and we left debating about whether or not to call the police. if you see this, please call someone

How many times do I have to order the same thing and not get it? Dude. Whet you order a menu item with x2 cheese on it, and get two slices, not cool. Especially when you charge outrageous prices for extra cheese anyways. Fix yourself.

A friend and I wanted to enjoy favor subway sandwiches and shop for the rest of the day. When We walked in, an employee was sitting down at a table playing her phone. The older lady got up and went behind the counter. With an attitude and fixed our food with the most negative attitude possible. Toast my our bread twice, so it was basically crunchy and then told us the coupons Machine didn’t work, so we would have had to overpay by a nine dollars. Absolutely the worst service and experience I’ve ever had at Subway. If I go back and she’s in the store, I’m gonna eat somewhere else. Never again….! :^-

By far the worst subway i have ever been to, my footlong Turkey sandwich had 4 slices of turkey in it (didnt notice until i already paid and was eating it) when I said something about it the lady told me that’s what is supposed to come on it. This was also the most expensive subway I’ve ever been to. I HIGHLY recommend going 10 more minutes down the road to a different subway, this one is awful. NEVER again
