Good food, receptionist doesn’t speak English well and can sometimes seem abrasive but I like the food. Closest thing to something from the old neighborhood and they typically get a 100% for health inspections.

They advertise that are open at 11:00 a.m. but they’re not, they don’t open till about 11:30. Got the general Tso chicken, but it tasted like that bird was 2 years old, tough and stringy couldn’t even eat it.

I am not a reviewer, maybe a handful of times ever. But after my third attempt in two years visiting this den of dragons, I had to post. These are the rudest, most obnoxious staff I have ever encountered anywhere. I have been to over 160 countries. And these guys are reining and three time returning Gold medalists of impropriety. The only reason I returned a third time was because I couldn’t believe the dragons could have any fire left. They do. Enough to take a hot air ballon to outer space. This time I didn’t get past the initial “what?” from the “host”…and simply left knowing if they treated their customers this way, they must have complete distain for their food. Repulsive.

Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Hot and sour soup tasted so old, not at all fresh, and celery does NOT belong in hot and sour soup! The Szechuan chicken wasn’t bad but definitely is so Americanized it shouldn’t even be called Szechuan it was bland. The egg rolls were not good at all. The steamed dumplings were decent. All the items we got that were labeled “hot” were definitely not even close to being hot. Won’t be spending my money here in the future.

Have been here a few times in the past. Had the shrimp and chicken Mei fun. Not many shrimp and chicken pretty much non exexistent. Egg rolls and crab rangoon just ok.

Food was so disappointing. Not even “decent enough to finish, but never order there again,” level. Tossed 1/2 at least. Mei fun lacked any flavor and a bit mushy, general Tso was dry and mystery tendon like, orange chicken- the same, shrimp egg roll – how do you mess that up too?! Only thing decent enough to finish was the crab rangoons. I am no snob and good with mediocre level for fast food Chinese, but this is a no-go. I really miss Cary’s fast food Chinese spots man.
Small and basic inside. Clean enough, but didn’t eat there. Cant see how many would with 3 tables. The young girl at the front was pleasant enough and let me make mods like adding broccoli. Language barrier probably led to the cause in lack of returned pleasantries, no biggie.

Food is normally pretty good, the red general tso is a bit weird to me plus it’s more sweet than spicy but that doesn’t stop me from getting it. Biggest opportunities I see as a customer is the person answering the phone doesn’t always seem to be in the greatest mood and that when I arrive early with no one in line should be able to pay for my food so when it’s done they can call it out to me instead of having to wait to pay for it and a bunch of people walk in that need to place a order gets in line and now I have to wait for people to decide what they want and pay for their food while my food sits and starts to get cold.

Walked in immediately heard this lady upfront having nothing but attitude on the phone, when I first called I had a hard time hearing her so I had her repeat some things and she clearly didn’t like that. Food was mid at most as well. Fire front desk lady or whatever her job is and maybe you’ll get better reviews!?

The food is great, always hot and very tasty. However, I have never in my life met someone in the food industry just quite as rude as the young lady at the window. I purchased a takeout order up there today. It’s about a 25 minute drive for us so it’s not that close. When I got home I realized that they had not provided me with one item that I had ordered. I called them and the young lady said for me to come and get it. Then she hung up on me. When I arrived, she handed me what she had forgotten to give me. At that point she turned around and was walking away. I got her attention and told her that in situations like this, which create quite an inconvenience for their customers, that she should say that they were sorry. She looked at me like I had three eyes. Finally, she said I am so sorry, rolled her eyes and turned around and walked off. If this was not the best Chinese food in the area, today would have been the last day I ever went there. However, we will continue to patronize the establishment. And I will also try to remind her to say please, thank you, and I’m sorry, if necessary. Please do not let this girl’s attitude not make you go to this restaurant.
