Well, my guest and I were disappointed. Definitely not the Panera experience we are accustomed to. Let’s start with her order: turkey bacon bravo sandwich- was simply okay. She thinks perhaps it would have been better on a different bread choice. Her french onion soup was tasteless and literally “the worst I’ve ever tasted.” Did not come with a baguette . Couldn’t eat even half the soup. . I had the margarita flatbread pizza. It was simply okay. Definitely not enough basil or red sauce. Arrived to the window at slightly warmer than room temp, cheese didn’t string at all.
Every table was dirty. But it is holiday shopping time and maybe they were busy earlier, but only 3 dining patrons in the dining room during our visit. I’d rather still have my $26, didn’t order beverages (3$ tip).

I always get this feeling of right in between coffee shop/ bakery and casual dining which I think comforting. Food is good, price seems right. I will revisit this place for sure.

Awesome dining experience. Ordered ahead using the Panera app. Food was hot and ready at the pickup station in a timely manner. The Cesar salad and broccoli and cheese soup were both good. Both indoor and outdoor seating available. Inside you can order using the kiosk or at the counter. Staff was very friendly and restaurant was clean.

My problem is that EVERYTIME I order a salad I have to go through and pick out all the rotton pieces of lettuce. Its just gross! The soup was good and the baguettes are always great, but my meal feels incomplete when I can’t eat half of it. I’ve said something several times but it still happens. They really need to check their lettuce before serving it! Oh and I paid over $1 extra for extra parm and there was hardly any on there.

A “half sandwich” was only 2 inches I also paid for double meat. This was wild. I used to love Panera but if this is what $17 of food looks like, I’ll get something better for cheaper.

Decided to stop in to purchase dinner for tonight and lunch tomorrow. I ordered the Baja chicken bowl.. Pick 2 with Fuji Apple Salad and Broccoli Mac and Cheese.. Mango Smoothie and tulip iced cookie. Went through drive thru and service was wonderful..

Let me start with, I love panera. The staff are usually pretty friendly and it’s a good atmosphere. However, at this particular location for some reason, probably 3 out of 6 every times (yes I visit regularly in the mornings) the ham is always missing from my breakfast sandwich. Not sure of its just a mental block with the person preparing it or what, but it’s extremely frustrating to drive all the way to work only to find that the KEY ingredient to the thing you ordered is missing! If it happens once, ok. Twice…ehh.. but this is actually the 3rd time now. I am grateful that at least my boss’s sandwiches are never messed up (cuz that could make for an even worse day!) But I feel like for the price of the food, everything should be ON the sandwich! Other than that, I have no complaints. I still love panera…

The service at this particular location is just really bad. Constantly messing up orders, constantly charging for items they don’t include. ESPECIALLY if you come any time within two hours of closing. I have ordered a sandwiches from this location, and they won’t tell you if they’re out of ingredients so it’s always a surprise plus sometimes they’ll just decide to give you 1 teaspoon of meat

Second update – Updating my review and it’s only gotten worse. The management at this location has clearly given up. Exposed bread and plenty of flies. The employees seem unmotivated/ burned out. The fountain area is consistently dirty, not stocked, and the eating areas are dirty. I realize staffing is a huge issue right now but that’s no excuse for the obvious low hanging fruit of addressing the flies!
Third Update 10/29 – came in at approximately 8pm. Order Bacon Turkey Bravo with extra Bravo Sauce. I get sandwich with Bravo sauce on side. My wife’s spicy chicken sandwich was overcooked. Edges were burned. I don’t see the multigenerational flies at the moment as I sit here and look around. Adding photo of the fossilized bacon that was put in my sandwich!
Final update 10/30/22 – I am now paying the porcelain thrown for giving this location another chance. If someone even mentions going to this location I think I may puke in response. That’s it! All done! You should be ashamed of yourself Panera!
