My family orders from this restaurant regularly and they are always fast and accurate. They have gotten our order right every single time and I never thought to leave a review. Today they mistakenly left out a sub from our order but immediately sent someone back out with the missing sandwich and drink. I was so impressed because when you deal with this happening with Door Dash or another delivery service, they will refund you, but someone is still left without their meal. This restaurant’s customer service is always excellent and they go over and beyond to make things right. We love Jimmy Johns in Colonial Heights.

Refused to accept giftcards that were purchased online. Because we did not have the physical gift cards present. A very upset little girl did not get her sub. It’s 2025, and there are various ways to purchase e-giftcards at a moments notice, unfortunately Jimmy John’s is stuck in the past. Very Disappointed.

This by far was the best Jimmy John’s I’ve been to. I’m from Hampton VA and was traveling. The customer service from the gentleman was amazing. My sub was perfection! Whenever I come back to the area I def will be back!

I wanted to take a moment to share my excellent experience at Jimmy John’s in Southpark. I recently came in with a last-minute large catering order, and I was immediately impressed by the exceptional service. Steven, the General Manager, was incredibly pleasant and patient, ensuring everything went smoothly despite the urgency of the order. His professionalism and attentiveness truly made the experience enjoyable and stress-free.
Additionally, although I can’t recall the name of the other gentleman who assisted, I wanted to acknowledge his kindness and helpfulness as well. Both of them worked seamlessly together, and I felt valued as a customer throughout the entire process.
Thank you to Steven and the team for going above and beyond. I will definitely return and recommend this location to others!

Their sandwich bread is very good and I feel like I could eat just a loaf of that. The tomatoes on my tuna sandwich were mealy and I didn’t like them. The tuna sandwich wasn’t as good as a previous Jimmy John’s I had eaten at, but it was still alright.
