Beautiful night to be out. Our JJ in Chillicothe is beyond compare to others. I’ve visited (Hubby is a HUGE fan of JJ) numerous !! In Chillicothe’s location… The seating out front (with ample street parking) is calming and beautiful! Location. Location. Location! At this store, even the bathrooms are kept pristinely clean! This group is constantly cleaning and maintaining not only the building but the business. The food comes out fresh and vegetables crisp and I couldn’t make it better at home! Again, I’ve been to many Jimmy John’s and this place is beyond approach when it comes to the food service and exceptional cleanliness! 10 stars out of 5! I definably think the staff/team/crew is what makes this place! I’ve waited to get back into town to order from this location. Far better than any others! The ppl are impressive and that is what sets it apart from not only other sandwich shops but also in comparison to other JJ.❤️

plenty of good experiences in the past but its gone downhill in the worst way. freaky fast tonight was receiving our delivery 1.5 hours after it being ordered. who wants to eat a lunch meat sandwich thats been sitting around that long? not interested in the food poisoning tonight, JJ.

Forgot my pickles, my kick in ranch, didn’t bring food correctly, wasn’t cut in half I asked if they can bring me what was missing and she said no we can’t because we close at nine but I had to pay their delivery fee so that’s always lovely. I left the driver a tip, he was nice I mean they could have at least cut my sandwiches in half like I requested We don’t even like Jimmy John’s without the kick in ranch

I use to love this location until the older blonde woman started working there. Every time I’m in there she’s either belittling another employee or too busy on her phone to be bothered to wait on customers. She acts like you’re inconveniencing her by ordering food. On top of her horrible attitude she isn’t even capable of putting an order together correctly. I’ve stopped getting my lunch there and now only occasionally do dinner when she isn’t there.

I ordered a club and wrap at 6:37pm, and did not receive my order until nearly an hour later. It was a 55 minute wait. All of the food was dripping in sauce. It was impossible to eat without making a giant mess. I pulled my wrap out of the bag and there was sauce literally dripping everywhere and was seeping through the bag. This is especially unacceptable after a long wait….we live a whopping 2 minute drive away. I could have literally crawled to the store and back quicker than I received my order. Food was pretty much inedible with the massive amount of Thai sauce all over. Photo attached. $24.04 for this? Get a grip.

My deliver driver Scott was amazing I accidentally ordered and had it delivered at a different location than I was staying at – yikes!
He was so kind enough to go grab it for me and deliver it to the correct address and location!
This guy deserves a raise!

The Chillicothe Jimmy John’s was okay. No need for us to return. Our sandwiches had too much mayonnaise. The hot peppers on my sandwich were all lump in a pile at one-end. There was no pride of workmanship. The weeds surrounding the rear entrance and parking lot are overgrown and obstructed entrance.

I had put in an order online, went ahead to be there when the food was ready, was introduced immediately when I walked in and something happened and it didn’t go through but they she was on top of it and made my food without questioning. She was super nice!!
I didn’t get her name “she is a bit shorter” but the date was 9/30/24 @ 7:50. I’ll couldn’t of asked for a better experience. Oo and the food was great!

I decided to try Jimmy John’s finally and have to say its 100% not worth the money. I got an regular size Turkey sub, and basically I got a small loaf of bread, with 2 slices of cheese and there was so little meat, I thought at first they forgot to add it. This and a pickle for $10, at least the pickle was good. The service was very good and cashier was pleasant. But I definitely wont be coming back any time soon. For $3 less I could have gotten two sandwiches and fries at Carl’s Townhouse.
