I was so impressed and delighted by the beautiful Peacock themed cookies that were made for my book launch. I served other sweet treats, many of them GF so I didn’t need to worry about my guests. I especially love all of these delicious delights because Nothing is Too Sweet! you can really taste the ingredients, not just sweet.

Harvard Sweet has become my go to for any occasion cakes. The online order form is so easy and the cakes are just as I pictured each time, so cute and delicious! Really disappointed in the cake I ordered for a milestone birthday. I cannot repeat this special moment so it’s important that you make it special for customers. The design was amateur like and colors were off. The taste was ok. Better to be up front if customer expectations cannot be met.

Thank you for your response. I spoke to a lady at the store and even discussed having to increase the size of the cake to accommodate the drum set. Unfortunately, I didn’t pick up the cake, so I didn’t discover the issue until it was too late.

Caitlin took the time to hash out my idea with me; choose flavors, and personal touches. Not only did she nail my request, but she genuinely seemed thrilled to make it.
My husband was stunned by this cake. He called it the most memorable he’s ever had, and the one to beat from now on. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Thank you, Harvard St Sweet Boutique!! <3

I used HSB for a large corporate order. They were very thorough and great to work with. For example, Kaitlin let me know when there was no address for a few clients on the list I sent. Also, someone reached out to her to say that a package was sent to the previous owners of their home; Kaitlin sent one to the corrected, new address. And when there were PO box addresses that UPS won’t deliver to, she brought them to USPS to mail them out separately. Kaitlin and her team went above and beyond to make this a wonderful experience. Her enthusiasm about her work was contageous. Equally impressive were the baked goods. They were absolutely amazing!
