Great addition to the Eaton Square area! Fancy coffees and drinks, all day breakfast and Mexican lunch. Everything made fresh and to order.
The chef even confirmed my no onion request which was nice. The strawberry hibiscus lemonade was delicious and not overly sweet.
I highly recommend trying the tiki taco trio but be ready for a little kick from the kimchi, it’s so good!! Really well seasoned meats in the tacos. I truly look forward to being a repeat customer here!

Was walking to store and noticed new cafe in Marketplace. Came inside to check out the place and look at the menu ended up staying for coffee and tacos. It was outstanding. Brought my husband home a burrito too. It was so good. Had a Matchamarshmellow drink that I’ll dream about. Great service food very fresh and delicious. And prices fair for what you get. I’ll definitely return.

When I say The Hangover Burrito is the best Burrito I’ve ever had I’m not exaggerating!! It was incredibly delicious. So flavorful!! So meaty!!!! And just the right portion!! * chef’s kiss !! Enough to leave you satisfied and glowing! Seriously guys it is delicious!!!! I was visiting from CA, a good friend recommended it && im forever grateful. Such a great experience with the staff. I found this in a Google search of breakfast near the hotel I was staying and I took the gamble and ordered on my way to my conference. I was not disappointed! I ordered pick up and it was ready within minutes. The marshmallow matcha was Magic and not too sweet (which I feared!)! The veggie breakfast was DELICIOUS and I added eggs so it was super filling. Also, I have to mention that the entire staff was super friendly and it felt like a fun place to work and I enjoyed the throwback jams. Overall, it was such an unassuming gem and I’m definitely coming back!

Had a great experience and really enjoyed the food. Definitely refreshing to have a place where you can have a decent breakfast. That’s a bit unique but also tasty at the same time especially in areas where there’s so many options and they’re typically kinda all the same. I enjoyed them both my sandwich and croissant French toast as for the drinks they were really good with unique flavors. I wish the Panini was a little bit bigger though, but overall the food was really good and fresh.

Love, love, love! New location, but the same great quality and taste. The inside is so cute and fun. I still go to the food truck location often, but I wanted to check out their new indoor location, which is also very close and perfect for lunch. They have an amazing Marshmallow Matcha—highly recommend it! The pulled pork tacos are heavenly and packed with flavor. I usually switch between the tacos and the bikini panini.

It was my first time here and….i don’t know why I was so surprised, but everything was DELICIOUS! We tried the Waikiki Beast breakfast sandwich, Veggie Sunrise (open face toastie that can be #vegan without the egg), croissant French toast, lilikoi pancakes, Jet Lag coffee and marshmallow matcha.
Everything we had was delicious and well balanced….I surprised myself and snarfed the veggie sunrise! The lilikoi pancakes were perfectly fluffy. If you get the Waikiki Beast, prep yourself with 20 napkins and/or some wet paper towels it’s so good, but so messy! Highly recommend!

Munch & Brunch was so good — we loved it!! The food is fresh, flavorful, and comes out fast. Highly recommend the B.E.A.S.T. and The Hangover — both were amazing and totally worth the hype. Super cute spot and definitely a must-try for breakfast on Oʻahu!

The Veggie Sunrise and Waikiki Beast are both fantastic breakfast options. They’re flavorful and reasonably priced, making them some of the better breakfast bites I’ve had on the island and especially in Waikiki. If you visit soon, they’ll give you a 10% off coupon.
Currently, they have a live DJ for their grand opening, which adds to the lively atmosphere. However, the noise can be a bit overwhelming. The wait time for their food is also a bit long, around 15-20 minutes, but since it’s their first brick-and-mortar location, they’re likely working out some kinks.
There are bathrooms on-site, and while there’s no air conditioning, the weather is currently pleasant, so it’s comfortable. They leave their doors open so perhaps when the doors are shut they will incorporate AC.
The front of the house staff are very welcoming the environment is nicely decorated.
My only suggestion is to keep the to-go boxes clean. I’ve ordered to-go twice, and the boxes were a bit dirty both times on the outside. It’s not a big deal, but it would be appreciated.
The interior is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of seating options. They have a free water station and add-ins for your coffee. There are also a few seats outside.
The restaurant is conveniently located next to the Food Pantry on Hobron Ln. There’s metered street parking and public parking next door at Eaton Square garage. If you prefer, you can also park on the Ala Wai, which is just two blocks away.

I first tried Munch N Brunch when they were operating out of food truck. The food was immaculate and the atmosphere they had managed to create in such a confined area was awesome.
Fast forward a few years later and the only thing that has changed is the location!
I stepped into the restaurant and was immediately recognized by Amber who’s one of the owners. We spoke about the transition from working in a truck to working in a building. We were then joined by her husband Chef Shu who’s also the co owner. They’re both very excited about this new chapter of their life and business.
I then ordered my usual: 2 hangover Burritos and a coconut water!
While waiting on my food I took in the new surroundings. I can tell a lot of care has gone into the interior decorating and overall planning of the establishment.
Once the food arrived I dug in and like always the food was incredible.i feel like it hit better this time around because i was able to sit and take my time eating vs trying to find a spot to sit whenever i ordered from their food truck.
Chef Shu and Ms. Amber have a gold mine on their hands. Munch n brunch is one in a million. From the customer service to the atmosphere to the amazing food. Munch n brunch will always be my go to breakfast spot!
