We recently moved to the area, my son and I love Poke so we were happy to have found this place. The first time we went, only my son got a bowl and everything was good. The second time we went, I decided to grab a bowl too and I can safely say I hope I never have to go back. The first time we went, there was a screen with S, M, or L, the second time we went the screen was off so my son asked for a S and the employee stated they only had a kid size or a 1 size, they didn’t have sizes which I thought was odd. I was charged for a 2 scoop and a 3 scoop bowl even though both were 2 scoops. I was also charged twice and It took about 10mins and one of the employees having to FaceTime someone named Ethan for them to figure out how to fix the issue. The rice was SO stale the employees seemed clueless like they didn’t know what they were doing, my son asked for Spicy mayo the employee stated they didn’t have it and just gave my son a red sauce that was like sweet and sour without even asking my son, I came after my son and asked for the spicy mayo and she gave it to me with no problem. I only got like 5 pieces of shrimp with a full cup of rice, so the protein to carbs ratio was OFF. I asked for a coconut and chocolate Macaron, even though the picture and name was right in front of her she couldn’t figure out which one was which. This trip was such a chaotic disaster, I don’t have ANY plans of coming here again any time.

I love love love the bowls! Even if you get two scoops, the staff makes sure to fill your bowl with the bases and toppings 🙂 it tastes best when they mix your scoops of seafood choice WITH the toppings instead of piling them up especially if you’re going to eat it right away because mixing a full bowl yourself can be a bit of a mess. The staff was friendly and helpful in the ordering process. They were able to add sriracha at the end of my order on top and it was so good. Definitely one of my favorite places for a poke bowl (:

Ariana is great! She makes the bowls the best! I really only try to go when I know she is working because it’s always a great experience. There’s a guy who does a horrible job with the bowls, I almost stopped going to that location because of him. Ariana’s great customer service made me want to keep coming back!

The rice was a complete and utter disaster. Mushy, waterlogged, and absolutely inedible. The worst part was that I paid good money for this insult to my palate. I was hoping this was just a one-time mistake and that the restaurant would learn from it. But after reading the other reviews, it’s clear that this is a recurring problem. Never in my entire life have I encountered a restaurant that consistently manages to ruin something as simple as rice.

The rice was so disgusting. It was very mushy and had a funky aftertaste. The older lady that helped me out was rude as hell. The quality of everything here has gone downhill. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here because I got food poisoning from this location. It was either the days old rice, or the warm fish.

I took my Fiancé for lunch there and that was a “perfect shot” Place is clean and soo nice Food delicious and fresh portion size is perfect(4 scoops protein) To be honest, one of best place in Eastvale to eat poke. During time where everything is expensive, you will be surprised, here you will eat cheap. Definitely recommend this place and will return for sure

I would avoid this location for now, they have messed up every online order. If your order there they will mess up your order too. Avoid getting the 4 scoops because they will only put about 2 scoops worth. This was our go to spot since opening but the recent increase in mistakes makes this place not worth it anymore. There’s more sauce on the bag then the bowls

Poke delight was a delight. Customer service was great. The ingredient selection was good I would only dock them for the lack of avocado. They do offer it but its extra. Everything was fresh though which is probably the most important thing with this type of food. Price was good. I would recommend this place.

This place stole my heart. Wow! The concept is simple … fresh, healthy ingredients. Thank you for posting 3 popular suggestions/recommendations, it truly helped. The Signature Bowl was fresh, delicious and filled with a fantastic variety of flavors, textures and even colors making it something I can’t wait to have again. The prices were a little high for a lunch yet I enjoyed every bit of the meal and will return. Easy location. Overall, my favorite Poke place!!
