Our food was phenomenal as was our waitress. It felt like such a nice place for people to spend some time, and if I lived locally, I’d have to try a variety of different things on the menu. Speaking as somebody born and raised in Appalachia, they have some of the finest biscuits I’ve ever eaten.

First visit. Cool vibe, very pleasant service. Big portion on the biscuit and gravy, but I can’t recommend the gravy. It’s basic at best. The bacon is outstanding, and the home fries are very good. Decent prices. We will return.

Our food was pretty decent, warm, and brought out fast. But, the service was awful. I felt so bad for the lady working, she was the only one waiting on people while some other workers were out smoking and it was fairly busy… we never got refills on our drinks. And when it came time to pay we had to wait an extra 45 minutes for the lady to get a line of people checked out because the card machine was being slow and wasn’t working right. With a toddler and a newborn, waiting an extra 45 minutes is not reasonable for us. We were also overcharged when they did ring us up. This will be our last visit here.

Love visiting here anytime I’m in town.. the name is no joke! If you’re a breakfast lover, you have to try this place for the biscuits and pancakes bigger than your head! It’s a small town southern dining experience. Plenty of indoor seating, great service and unique decor. You won’t regret it!

This is the 2nd time eating here. The 1st time i was pretty sure i was overcharged but did not take the time to calculate it. the 2nd time was over the phone order viewing menu online. overcharged again. determined it was a fee to use a CC and online menu prices are not updated. spoke to manager as the CC fee disclaimer was not posted anywhere (not even at cash register) and online menu prices are not updated to current prices. manager refused credit of the overcharge. added a picture of the fries. time to change out the fry oil. gave 3 stars for food because despite all of this the burgers are great.

Since relocating to the Tri-Cities area I’ve had numerous restaurants recommended to me but this is the only one that has lived up to the hype. Everything that we have tried so far has been excellent and customer service is always above and beyond. We are definitely new repeat customers.
