We brought our big family in for a last minute lunch, and every single dish was absolutely on point.
The Mongolian tofu and protein dishes were incredibly flavorful and perfectly seasoned. The noodles were another standout, not overly oily. Even the pickiest eater in the family gave it a two thumbs up.
Service was quick, efficient, and so friendly, even with a larger group. They made us feel welcomed and taken care of from start to finish.
Highly recommend for anyone who wants delicious food, great portions, and that warm, family-run touch. This place is a gem!

I made it half way through not liking it but was starving so pushed myself to eat what I could. Won’t order from here anymore sorry to say. Non of it tasted very good fried rice was bland and had some not very good steak in it I could have done without. The spicy chicken wasn’t good enough to continue. I love Chinese food or any Asian food for that matter. And this was a disappointment

I’ve had authentic Chinese food and grew up in a very prominently asian area. I know what good Chinese food is supposed to taste like and Sacramento has been overall disappointing with the Chinese food I’ve encountered. A friend told me to come here and I’m so glad she did because WOW!!! I haven’t had this deliciously authentic tasting Chinese food in AGES!!! Like, do you even understand how hard it is so have CRISPY orange chicken without overcooking the chicken inside???
And the portions were shockingly enormous which is saying something since family style Chinese food is always generous servings. I’ve paid way more for way less.
Overall the food was incredible and this is officially my new favorite Chinese place. My only qualm was they didn’t give us any fortune cookies ;_;.

Every dish I ordered was flavorful, and presented nicely. I enjoyed the atmosphere of this place, and the wait staff was awesome. I got this Chinese restaurant as one of my go to when I’m in the area. I know I took a lot of pictures of the menu, but I just figured that people that view my post might see what they’re looking for and maybe see something that they want to try.
I know that I was hungry when I went in , now the have enough leftovers for the week. The tripe stew is my favorite of all the dishes that I bought.

The dishes that we ordered were exceedingly mediocre. We were there at the same time as the wedding banquet which is odd because the review from the wedding banquet stated the food was extraordinary.
Unfortunately that was not the case for us. All the food we got was very bland, seasoning was watery, and the meats were overcooked. It could have used way more oyster sauce and salt in the seasoning.
Fish was tough and chewy, shrimp was a bit on the firm side and not really ‘honey walnut’, the fish and tofu dishes were bland and watery, veggies were either too soft or cooked unevenly, and the ribs were way overcooked and very salty.
Not sure if it was because staff was stretched thin due to the two events happening at the same time but this is the second time I’ve been here and the food was about the same.
Definitely could have been a fluke twice in a row but I don’t recommend here if you want consistent Chinese food. Check out Far East Cafe or T Kee instead.
20May2024 edit: Was here recently again thinking that perhaps the first couple times were a fluke. But three times in a row with different dishes is enough of a sample size, I’d say. The same problems were present across all three times. Food was bland and the meats and veggies tended towards being overcooked.

Good place for lunch. They run lunch specials until 3pm otherwise you could always order regular or combination plates.
Food tastes great but a little greasier than I’m used to. Add a sugar drink like Thai tea and it evens out the grease.

Had the fried shrimp and fried chicken for a wedding there I attended. Super crispy and just perfect! Never had shrimp so perfectly fried!!! I need to know how!! Food came out hot and delicious!

The restaurant and staff was okay. Just the typical Chinese food. Everything was pretty basic. The bathrooms were a different story. Should have employees check the bathroom stalls regularly as it was quite gross.
